  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience at Arby’s! My grandma, my kids, and I were all able to eat for under $20, and everyone got something they wanted, which honestly feels like a miracle these days. Heather at the register was absolutely wonderful. She brought our food out to our table, checked on us several times while we were eating, and made sure we had everything we needed. What impressed me even more was hearing her consistently praise and encourage her team for doing a good job. You don’t see that kind of customer service and positive leadership everywhere. Great prices, great service, and a really pleasant experience. Heather definitely deserves some recognition!

  My order was $10.39 when I was getting ready to hand the money I dropped two pennies and they rolled under the car when she came to the window. I told her hey I only have 1037. I dropped two pennies and they were rolled under the car. She took the money close the window and then came back to me and said your order is 1039. You only gave me 1037. I said I’m pretty sure no one is gonna mind the two pennies, she said, hold on, went and got her manager, and her managers immediately said, give him his food like really I just told you I dropped the two pennies and you’re gonna try to not give me my food over two pennies that they don’t even make anymore. It was embarrassing.

  Went thru the drive thru and got the new steak and cheese.....I'm ready for another one it was so good

  Can't believe they changed that much for a few sandwiches and can't even get Arby's sauce or horseradish sauce delivery person went to another address in complex which added another fifteen minutes to delivery barely spoke English not cool want order delivery again 😠😠😠

  Amazing customer service! Joshua and the rest of the crew are the perfect example of how to treat customers. Friendly and conversational. Food was great. Lobby was clean. Great experience for my daughter and I. Thank you!
