- GKGopal Kamath2 days ago5.0I chose a carnitas bowl. The ingredients were fresh, unique (like cilantro aioli, quinoa) and the overall bowl was delicious. Lisandro was attentive to the build-your-own-bowl. The price was consumer friendly, despite being in the mountain resort corridor. Since real estate is at a premium, they have a unique seating concept with a couple of pretend gondolas replicating the ski region's mode of transportation.
