- ABAstraea Bluecoat1 day ago1.0Today, my partner and I ordered our Chikfila breakfast at 10a - we came in at 10:20a, waited in the Pick Up line for 5 mins before checking in with the front lady about our mobile order since it was originally a drive through mobile order, they were informed we came inside instead of going through the line, but when we saw how long the line was, we decided to go inside. We not only didn’t receive any of our food but we waited by the pick up area for over 35 mins. When we checked in for the 3rd time, not only did the woman Chikfila worker told us that we were not getting our full order because they haven’t made it but was so rude to not only us but Spanish speakers around us that were trying to get her attention and her help since she was at the front, she just kept waiving her hands around and yelling “No Hablo Spanish” rather than directing them to someone that can help them. We waited over 30 mins for an order we did not receive, they do not know how to handle the breakfast/lunch transition, their managers don’t know how to manage their crew, and they suck at communicating to one another and to customers in the store. This isn’t even the only time it’s happened to my partner and I, this is the 4th time this month where we haven’t received our order and they sometimes don’t even give us our full refund, I’ve had to call to ensure we are getting the whole refund from THEIR mistakes. I’m so done with this store - especially with the visible racism and homophobia that is shown with lack of respect and communication from their workers. Do not come here it’s not worth the time you will waste.

However, every year, there are always multiple instances of issues that put us off going here for months at a time. Usually either the food order being wrong/missing items or taking an extremely long time. Recently, we just waited 17 minutes at Curbside for our small order of food for 2 kids and 1 adult. There was no one at the drive thru. The app no longer lets you switch pickup method. This is not a unique experience. Issues like this happen fairly regularly at this location. Time to take a break from Chick-fil-A again.

Despite requesting specific complementary items, they were out of blueberries, so I asked for extra apples. Additionally, I asked for an extra dressing, but they only provided one per salad. Worst of all, the lettuce was completely rotten. It is unacceptable to serve spoiled food, especially with the current Cyclospora concerns. Being the last customer of the day, it makes me wonder if this was known. I will be speaking with management and will bring the trash they sell. These people know that customer will go away and realize about the garbage they sell and may not go back. This time will be different, stop doing this, what you did is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
