When an order specifies no cheese, it’s repeated back no cheese and the order is labeled then the employee bagging the order should double verify there is no cheese. Arriving home to eat and finding cheese on your sandwich is very annoying. Also, there are many other food chains that offer free sandwiches on a Bday. Jersey Mikes, Firehouse Subs, etc. You shouldn’t have to earn points to get a free dessert at Chick-fil-A. Improve your marketing so it’s more consumer friendly.
