Very disappointed with the service at the Sterling Sonic. We ordered a lime cream slush and were told they “can’t add lime and ice cream together” — even though it’s literally on the menu. This isn’t the first issue we’ve had there either. Every time we’ve gone, the service has not been great. It’s frustrating when a place won’t make items they advertise and customer service keeps being disappointing.

Terrible service they said they wont make what we have ordered from there for years on end now and that they don't have to do anything that we ask and they also lied and said that their manager is there and they were on there phone not doing there job rude as usual

We were here on a nice spring day while driving to Boulder. The staff was great and accommodated all of our special requests. Sitting outside was lovely. What made me get out my phone to give a 5 star review was that the fries and tots were perfectly crispy, not under or overdone. I would come back!

I love Sonic but the service is horrible. The worker "Kelly" is a very rude person both times I've been there.

Really strange experience. Pulled into the drive thru with one vehicle in front of us. He finished ordering and pulled around to window. We pulled up to order and the woman asked us to wait “just a minute” so we waited seven! She finally came back and asked for our order. We had placed half of it and she clicked off and disappeared for six minutes. By now there were 7 cars stacked up behind us so we drove around to the window. We could hear her inside taking the next car’s order but she would not open the window or even acknowledge us. Eventually we drove away with no food and the car behind us pulled to the window which was instantly opened and food handed out. So strange. We have no idea what her issue was, but it sure reflected poorly on Sonic in general and the Sterling facility in particular.
Editing this because after I posted I read a few of the other 1-star reviews and it appears that my experience is anything but unique. My favorite part is where Sonic makes a useless response to all of them and asks the dissatisfied customer to contact corporate and file a complaint. After so many of these low ratings maybe what corporate ought to actually do is yank this franchise from the owner who obviously doesn’t care about service. Wow!
