  Was the only car in line was told there was a wait for food and half the menu was out 7/8/26

  If you want anything off the menu be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes .

  I come to sonic very frequently because I love their food and drinks and etc and every single time I come in here I’m waiting in the drive thru waiting for them to even ask me what I want or to respond to me once I speak. She told us to tell her when we were ready and we told her we were and then we sat there several minutes waiting for her to take our order. When we got to the window she barely spoke a word to us and seemed annoyed that we were there at all. This isn’t even just this one employee this has happened every time I’ve and I’ve lived in Sterling for the past year.

  We stopped here on our way back home. I was a little concerned because the drive boards didn't appear to be working. We went the drive thru and were informed it may take 5 to 10 minutes to get our food. We ordered and there were 4 cars in front of us. They did a great job though as they moved the line along quickly. Our food was fresh and very good. Please pass on our thank you to the young man and young lady that we're working this morning at 11 am.

  Unfortunately we were not able to get our food as after waiting for 20 minutes in the mobile pickup area we decided to axe it as we had places to be. Didn’t get our money back either.
