I have been to your Pizza Hut twice this year for both times for celebrations. First time I would give a two stars just thought it was a fluke. Today (Oct 6 2026) wast the worst I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. I worked for Pizza Hut in Texas and was a prettygood restaurant, Saturday, I do not have small family, when we arrived about 11:45 am there were probably 8-10 people in the store. The buffet was picked over there was a apple dessert, when I inquired about the dessert pizza the Goth girl said the dessert pizza does not come on the buffet. The Greeley Pizza Hut has the desert pizza and every other pizza hut I have gone to has most every thing on the buffet. The Buffet was designed to feature some of Pizza Hut's products to the people in area. This Pizza Hut had hardly any Pizza on the buffet. When I went to pay my bill, the Goth girl lied to me about who the owner was she said he never comes in and does not know his name, if never saw him, or talked with him. How does she know if the owner is a man or woman. Then she tried to charge me for the icing that was on the buffet, earlier then removed, when I wanted a break down of the bill, became unkind that's when she told me they charge for icing, when said somethingshe said she would take it off and pay for the icing herself. I doubt that. I included some pictures. The place was unkempt dirty tables , the buffet table has a dirty pasta pan and I saw the cook putting, to go pasta pans on the buffet table where the unclean pasta pan. If there is no owner or is removed from their pizza store that their employees don't know who the are, I can understand why the store is never busy especially on a Saturday. I see on the main st there are so many food places closed you will be next if there is not more involvement, there is more to say, but I will leave to your internal audit.

Should have just got a frozen pizza. The quality of their food is horrendous. 50$ for 2 pizzas, what an absolute joke. I will NEVER eat this trash again. Should have known when the parking lot is completely empty on a Saturday evening at dinner time.
