    As a JJ customer for over 20 years, this was the worst experience I’ve had. Waited more than 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches, which were all slightly more than a loaf of bread and slice of meat.

    I got there just before closing and the young lady that took care of me was wonderful. So friendly and treated me like I was the first customer not the last. I had a long day and a long drive ahead. Customer service is always amazing at this location and our food is tasty and fresh. That's why I keep coming back.

    Ordered a #4 turkey tom and I usually would not complain but they put 2 slices of turkey, 3 tiny tomato slices, and 3 cucumber slices. I added cheese and that cost 1.25$ extra. As you can see in the picture, there’s almost nothing on the sandwich that I paid 10.50$ for. I went to see if they would fix it and they refused. They said it was pre portioned and I could buy more meat but there was nothing they would do to fix it. There is literally bread, cheese, and tomato in the first few bites. I’ve been here a bunch of times and I’ve never paid so much for so little. There are not a lot of restaurants in this town and to say you are never going back is a something but I will NEVER go back. I would suggest you save your money and go to subway across the street.
