  This was a total disappointment today. We drive from 30 + mins out of town to eat here an have always had good service. We ordered a club lulu and it was a totally different sandwich if you could call it that as it was mainly bread and 2 slices of turkey. I tried calling in but got hung up on.

  It’s Jimmy John’s so I can’t give a one star, but there service is very unfriendly, I felt awkward being here, un welcomed! Like why you are you here bro… Won’t be coming back to this location!

  First of all. Don't give attitude while the customer is ordering and then try to play all sweet by the end. We were willing to let that slide until receiving our order. It was specifically asked for one of the sandwichs to have no mayo more than one time. It came with mayo. The second sandwich had no avocado spread when it is meant to. The last sandwich had a hair in it. Seriously....this is so not okay. Maybe staff need to wear hair nets and pay more attention to the orders rather than giving attitude and not paying attention to their work? The company charges entirely too much to be messing up an entire order like what just happened. Do better in the future.
