  Service was awful there was a lady who messed up our sandwich twice and she was being rude the whole time. She kept being super condensending even when her coworker guy tried to calm her down and help her with our problems and to be kind she was still super rude and just overall snarky. Like wow you messed up 2 times when I was very clear with my order each time and you have the audacity to be mean and rude to us??? And I usually love Jimmy John's but this location's bread is stale...

  The worst JJ experience we have ever had, and we frequently eat at the franchise due to its product consistency. I had a Totally Tuna that was 90% shredded iceberg lettuce; my husband's sandwich bread was stale / hard as a rock (not toasted) with noticeably less meat. In an expensive ski town with not a lot of affordable options, it appears this location decided they don't need to care about quality or value.

  Worst experience at a jimmy johns! Guy working there definitely didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. No greeting, didn’t speak til I spoke to him, and I manners.
