We ordered using the App. DoorDash or Uber Eats or whomever, never picked up our food! Good thing we called the restaurant because our food had been sitting for 20 minutes and we had to go pick it up ourselves.

Fernando provided us VIP treatment! We only came from some apps, and he was so attentive and kind to us. The food was over the top! 1000000 stars I could not recommend this place enough

The food here is SO good! I absolutely love the curry and the boba 🧋🤍 Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, and everyone is always super friendly and welcoming. Fernando is awesome and always makes the experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite Thai spots!

This place has amazing Thai food, we go at least once a week, we LOVE the curry and the Pho, but honestly everything is pretty great! They also have super good boba tea! Fernando is always very nice and helpful.

On our first day in Aspen, my wife and I were doing a little shopping for hats and clothes when we stopped at Jaja and ended up asking the owner, Jessa, where she likes to eat around town. She immediately raved about Grub Thai and told us her go-to order was the drunken noodles and fried rice. We figured a local recommendation like that was worth following—and wow, are we glad we did! Grub Thai turned out to be one of those unexpected finds that ends up being a highlight of your trip. We ordered the drunken noodles and wonton soup, and both were absolutely delicious. Honestly, they were some of the best drunken noodles and wonton soup we’ve ever had. The noodles were packed with flavor, everything tasted fresh, and you could tell the food was prepared to order. The restaurant itself has a really nice, cozy and relaxed atmosphere, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate, the service was friendly and fast, and our food came out fresh and hot. Aspen has plenty of places to eat, but sometimes the best meals come from simply asking a local where they actually like to go. Jessa definitely steered us in the right direction with this one! Grub Thai is officially on our Aspen favorites list, and we’ll definitely be going back again before we leave. If you’re in Aspen and craving flavorful, fresh Thai food, give this place a try—and definitely don’t skip the drunken noodles!
