The portion sizes are consistently way too small (ex: 1/4 spoonful of rice, beans, meat, toppings) it’s ridiculous. The place is consistently dirty, whether it’s busy or slow and they are almost ALWAYS out of chipotle Tabasco.. how can you be out of the namesake item? It’s 50/50 whether the staff will attempt to be accommodating, but I don’t blame them because whoever owns/manages this franchise is either completely absent or just terrible or both. Please help report this location so that new ownership can come in and clean the place up!

However, I can’t bring myself to go into the Silverthorne location ever again. And I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them multiple chances. Todays experience: After watching the server dump a bunch of water into the meat from switching out meat pans, (she didn’t even care she did it) I switched to a meat that didn’t get filled up with dirty water. After that she put about 1-2 oz of meat in the bowl then proceeds to dump over a cup of sour cream on it. I jokingly said “can I have some meat to go with my sour cream.” She then adds another 1-2 oz of meat and then they tried to charge me for double meat. (Highly doubt there was even 4 oz worth.) I turned around and walked out and will not be coming back. This is not the first time this has happened. I genuinely think employees do it on purpose for free meals.

Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, the staff member started screaming at me and was extremely disrespectful. This was a very disappointing experience, and after seeing how customers are treated here, I can understand why this location has such low ratings.
