Stop overtly and unashamedly shorting portions on meat, then charging for double when you’ve only given 1/4+1/4 (I ordered 50/50 mean, and they literally tried to give me not even half a scoop of both meats….), slow and ridiculous service, never clean tables, and charge more for less portions. Booooooooo. Completely terrible every time I’ve been in the last 6 years. Everyone else in my groups portion was embarrassing as well. Get it together…..

The person who was in service went to fight with her manager, and no one there in the counter. Felt So bad. Food also not good. They provided old and color changed Guacamole, which made my stomach upset.

We asked for a side of guacamole, but he added an extra one that we didn’t order. When we told him about the mistake, he threw it away angrily and complained in front of us. It was a very unpleasant experience and extremely unprofessional.

Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for a mobile order because they can’t figure out how to mix in mobile orders to the walk in customers. I’ve done reviews and feedback on the app and through the website but this management clearly doesn’t care that customers are unsatisfied.

Ordered guacamole but there was little left in the pan so got barely a tablespoon size yet full charge. Music was loud, unrecognizeable screaching sound like metal grating. Worse part and what put me over the edge was the bowl tasted as if they spilled a full container of salt in the meal. I threw up after and my stomach has been yelling at me since. Staff was indifferent bordering on rude. Probably best to avoid Friday evening shift.
