  This store has come a long way! I always look forward to Luna making my sandwiches. Loaded subs with fresh ingredients. I always order my office sandwiches from here because thesubs are loaded up! Enjoyed our order today.

  This Subway location ROCKS! We go almost every Friday. Food is always fresh and made just the way we like it! Staff is amazing and polite. Service is quick. I have been to a few terrible Subways closer to my house and this is the ONLY Subway location I will go to. Thanks guys! See you on Friday!

  Today I went to buy subway for my family and when paying the lady who attended me said that my $100 bill was fake and I threw it away she was very rude but she never checked it with a marker I asked her to take it where they gave it to me she accused me that I would give it to someone else she was too rude and accusing me of something that she is not sure I went where they gave it to me and they checked it and it is not fake so buy her a marker to verify that the tickets are not fake and do not be as rude as she was with me

  I understand the woman working was understaffed but I would be more than willing to wait for a sandwich that is not horrific. I got a 6 inch BLT with extra bacon and to add avocado, as you can see in the picture I got one singular piece of bacon and no avocado. The woman working was moving so fast it seemed like she didn’t even know what was being put on the sandwiches (veggies flying everywhere). She told everyone in the store to sit down and wait til she’s done lol!!! She also said if you had chips or drinks that she didn’t know and to just grab it and leave. Yikes subway!! It’s a risk at this location so beware!

  Linda was completely unprofessional. I walk in and she assumed I was picking up. Right off the bat she began to humiliate me when she saw my cash. She got defensive and stated she can’t accept cash or break a 50 dollar bill. She told her coworker to stop making my sandwiches, mind you my wife is a student and deep in trenches with her studies so I was making sure we all had something to eat. Anyway, Linda expected me to know the establishment cannot accept the cash I was going to give and did not ask me if I had another form of payment just gave me her list of problems and negative experiences along with her poopy attitude. Her coworker was extremely apologetic for her behavior and Linda made us both feel uncomfortable. As a customer she shouldn’t treat me that way but as a human she should have decency to treat people with respect and dignity. She should aim to be a problem solver instead of problematic and confrontational. I know the bear valley location people are polite and respectful and it cost $0 to be a good person.
