They said if I didn’t like it they would remake it. I loved it and they gave me a road trip game set too! Such a great spot!!

I am from Wyoming and my mom had been airlifted to Swedish medical I have a friend that I asked you pick me up some coffee from there and Sam took her order and when she found out it was for me and why I was here she gave the drink to her with no charge fast-forward two days. My friend took me through the drive-through there on the way to the hospital and Sam happened to be the one taking our order again I told her thank you and how much I appreciated it and once again, both of our drinks were given at no charge that small act of kindness at a moment like this, I have no words for thank you to her and thank you to the Santa Fe Dutch Bros for making a difficult time feels slightly better. I will always support Dutch Bros.

Also multiple lids were not put on correctly causing them to leak in my car and the cup holder was soggy and couldn't support the drinks, maybe train employees to double drink holders when they aren't stable with one.

My drink is often made wrong, and when you have to wait in long lines, it is disappointing to have your drink made wrong. The customers who come here are often agitated and rude, making the environment hostile and unpleasant. The service is subpar, workers are not the cheery Dutch bros employees the brand is known for. I would visit other locations when possible.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
