- MSM Salaz2 days ago1.0I was just in the drive thru and the girl taking the order was not addressing me directly, she was talking to a Coworker. And they forgot to give us our muffin top. But the worst part about everything is that there is no local direct number to call the store, just the 800 number for customer service and they are closed.

- MMMMay 5, 20261.0It’s honestly really disappointing to have to write this review because I used to love Dutch Bros, and I want to be clear that this only applies to this specific location. I can understand and agree with many of the other negative reviews here. When I first discovered Dutch Bros, what stood out most was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The baristas would actually spark conversations, greet you with kindness, and make the experience fun. Unfortunately, this location feels like the complete opposite. Most of the time, the baristas here are not kind or welcoming at all. No one greets you, asks how you’re doing, or even attempts basic friendly conversation at the window. It definitely does not give the “culture of love and kindness” vibe that Dutch Bros is known for. Honestly, it has made going to Dutch Bros feel unenjoyable and not worth it anymore. On top of that, this location seems very sloppy. Drinks are often made incorrectly, and when you politely let them know something is wrong, the staff can come across frustrated or annoyed — and sometimes the remake is even worse. I literally work next door and still avoid coming to this location because of how I’ve been treated by the staff. I don’t even know who to contact or talk to about these issues, which is why I ended up leaving this review.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
