I tried to order the 20 wings + fries deal for $21.99 through both the app and the website, but I kept receiving technical errors that prevented me from completing the order. Since it clearly wasn’t working, I drove to the restaurant and showed the staff the error messages. Despite seeing that the issue was with their system, they refused to honor the advertised price and told me I would have to pay full price. After I questioned why they couldn’t honor a promotion that was advertised without any indication that it was “web only,” the manager eventually offered a 10% discount. What disappointed me most was the manager’s attitude. She came across as unfriendly and more focused on sticking to policy than on providing good customer service. I don’t understand why they couldn’t simply honor the advertised price when the only reason I couldn’t place the order was because of a problem with their own app and website. If they were willing to offer a 10% discount anyway, honoring the advertised promotion would have been the more reasonable and customer-focused solution. Customers shouldn’t be expected to pay more because of a technical issue that is completely outside their control.

    1) Eden the manager, rude, breaks federal policy for refusal to an individual with a service animal. Eden the manager terrible. Looked at the service dog with the meanest attitude (voice, face and all) says, that can't be in here. The dog had the vest that said service animal, the leash that said service animal. Even after looking at her and stating that the dog is a service animal. She walked away without saying anything. The AGM came up to clarify that the dog was allowed but the other manager "eden" had to ask the AGM. 1) if she doesn't know law or even minimum store policy she shouldn't even be in charge of that store. 2) Her attitude is atrocious, doesn't know how to talk to people. (I wonder how she treats the employees) Honestly the staff and greeter are usually great but the "eden" lady was terrible. Crazy how the younger employees that works at the front knowsbbetter than a fully grown adult. ------------------------------------ To report a business for illegally denying access to a service animal, immediately contact the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) ADA Information Line and your state’s Civil Rights division. In Colorado, you can also report discrimination to the Colorado Civil Rights Division (CCRD).Steps to TakeDocument the incident: Write down the date, time, business name, address, and the names of the employees or owners involved.Review ADA guidelines: Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses can only ask two specific questions:Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?Staff cannot ask about your medical history, request certification/documentation, or deny entry based on breed or allergies.Contact the DOJ: File an official ADA discrimination complaint online using the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division Portal.File locally: Since you are located in the Sheridan/Denver area, you can file a discrimination claim online through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).Report for legal review: For further action, you may reach out to the ADA National Network to find your local regional center for guidance

The staff, particularly the “Manager”, have zero training in the American Disability Act of 1992 (revised). The manager looked at me in disgust and tells me, “She’s can’t eat in here.” She then walks off and goes to get her boss. The GM was cool to me but it didn’t negate the manager humiliating me in front of my family and other staff members. No apology from the manager. Train your staff on public knowledge and don’t claim ignorance. So disrespectful.

My husband, daughter and I went yesterday Monday 06/22/26. My husband and I got food poisoning there. Non stop throwing up and constantly using the restroom. We have body aches and fever. We ordered boneless and bone in. When the boneless came got they were cold and had a weird taste but we didn’t think anything of it. Till we got home and supper sick.

We visited as a party of four and were told there would be a 10–15 minute wait despite much of the restaurant appearing empty. After waiting, a manager named Chris asked whether we'd been helped and seated us immediately. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill from there. Our server, Lo, seemed frustrated from the beginning and never brought our drinks—Chris did. We also had a vegetarian modification that was entered incorrectly, and when we politely pointed out the mistake, we were met with attitude rather than an apology or solution. When we brought our concerns to management, the behavior was excused rather than addressed. We left feeling unwelcome and disappointed by both the service and the lack of accountability. Based on our experience, we will not be returning.
