  I order from this location because it’s the closest to where I live. I’ve ordered the All-American Bacon Smash—without pickles, onions, or tomatoes—three times now, and every time I get my order, the bacon is missing, even though "bacon" is clearly part of the burger's name. My husband went today, and the same thing happened: the same order, but without bacon. They took 25 minutes to hand him the order. He asked them to please add bacon to a burger that is supposed to have bacon, and they handed him the order with everything I had asked them to remove *plus* the bacon. You guys aren't doing a good job; you're the only option in the Salida, Poncha, and Buena Vista area—among others—so there’s no excuse. You need to improve your customer service and the service you provide. We are paying for what we consume, so it’s only fair that we receive exactly what we ordered.

  just got my mozzarella sticks and each looks like they were squished in half, not mad just thought it was funny. but in all seriousness very unprofessional behavior there.

  Asked for no onions and there were clearly onions. The smash burger patties look like they used the junior patties and they all tasted days old. The Sundae was supposed to have whipped cream and a cherry and did not. The girl who took our order was rude. The fries and tots were cold. This was definitely not worth the money spent. They said they are working on making things better on their responses from the other reviews but they are clearly not!

  I’m visiting from Denver and it’s almost 9:30 PM and everywhere else seems to be closed as far as restaurants. I had to shop at Walmart and this was right across the street And honestly, this is probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in a long time. I respectfully requested it be made fresh since it’s late at night so whatever they’ve had would have been sitting out for a while otherwise. The chicken sandwich is crispy fresh delicious and they gave me a huge coupon. Card thing included in the images.

  We went in the drive thru, it was raining so hard, that at the spot to order, when you roll the window down it was pouring in our vehicle. There was no line, so we pulled up to the window. The young lady came over and we tried to explain that rain was coming in, she told us we have to drive back around and order there. My husband again tried to explain about the rain, she cut him off. He said, fine we will leave. She responded, then leave. Rude!
