This morning was the worse, and Gothic looking girl black lips and all was so flipping rude. Handed me my stuff, and while I was talking she shut the window on me. Honked horn 4 times, got out and opened a door to make it ring, and pound on the window. I finally got her attention. I got my receipt and still a foul look on her face. I'd you don't like your job don't work there. Second time there , and same attitude. Won't be back, that's for sure.

Tonight, pulled up to order at the drive thru at exactly 840, looked at the time because the two drive thru lights were off. No customers at the restaurant. Ordered #1 with large coke and onion rings, and large chocolate shake. Employees seemed frustrated because they wanted to close and get out of there. My order came to $22.58. 15 minutes later, drove off with my food. I received: #1 with medium coke and onion rings, a cold smash burger, and a liquid "shake". Had to freeze the shake for 2 hours and microwave the burger. No ketchup, no spoon. I want my money back & it's the last time I will go in the evening.the day crew is always really good.

Poor service, even poorer food quality. Someone needs to fire the manager. She was incredibly rude when we asked for our order to be fixed.

I really truly hate writing bad reviews but I was very disappointed in my experience at this Sonic location. I parked in one of the mobile pickup stalls and I had my carhop coming towards me and I witnessed her tripping and dropping my food on the ground. She looked around to see if anyone was looking and picked it back up and brought it to me anyways. When I asked her about it she denied it and walked away. Really hope for a better experience for the next guest.

The food was good after they fixed my order. The lady who served my food was awesome. They messed up a few of my things I ordered, and I forgot to order a corn dog. Tried to get them to answer numerous stalls and they ignored them all. Finally the girl came out to give the food amd I handed back what they messed up and asked if I could order a corn dog, she was happy to help. At this time we realized more that we were also missing a coney. The girl brought the corn dog and told me the manager was 100% sure she gave us a coney...even though they were 80% accurate on the actual order. So I said I will just order a new one. I dont appreciate being accused of trying to get a crappy chilli dog for free after they already messed up quite a few things on the order I had. So when she brought it out she was like "I paid for it for you" like I am some kind of poor person who wasnt capable of affording what I ordered. I already told her when she said she was sure I already got it that I would pay for it. I didnt need her tone when she came back out or her charity. They just need to make the order right the first time. I would of happily paid for the corn dog I forgot to order, but the rest should of just been done right. I get we all mess up but dont send most of my order to me messed up then try to act like I am trying to get a free hot dog off of you. Ridiculous.
