  There is just no way that whoever put this shriveled up hot dog on my bun for my chili dog did not see that is was burned and shriveled. There is no excuse for this. I'm livid. And hungry.

  Waited 10 minutes after pushing the red button 3 times for someone to answer. Person taking our order was rude then we didn't get the correct order and instead of waiting another 10 minutes for someone to answer the button my husband went to the door and was told he had to press the red button at the car for help. Waited another 5 minutes for an answer and then they wouldn't give us the correct order because we were rude. Also, no public restroom which is illegal for a public food establishment to not have a restroom for paying customers. Do not bother trying to eat here. Go to McDonalds down the street. Food that we did get was horrible!

  *update* 8/4/2026. Found out today these guys are in violation of colorado state law(and possibly federal law(CCR 1010-2)) as there is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM AT A FOOD SERVICE PLACE with seating for 15+. Highly illegal and highly UN-customer service oriented. I take it yall NEED new managent in Sonic Coporate to bring compliance to ur company?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? All but the drive thru is closed due to a LIGHT SRINKLING of rain?!?!?! Then I drive around to do the drive-thru and see THREE sonic workers standing in the rain smiling and laughing............. NOPE lost that deal. Not gonna support "people" that melt wen its rains and they hafta walk 20 feet thru it.
