    This is the worst and slowest sonic I have ever been to. I dont think ive ever seen a fast food place have more 1 star reviews than this location. Placed a simple order on the app. App says 10 mins. 22 mins later the food shows up. Burger was cold and looked like it had been stepped on, cherry limeade comes out w no cherries or no lime in it. Been here a few times and it has been a 20+ min wait each time. Don't bother wasting your time or money here!

    You can definitely tell these children they’ve hired definitely do not want to be there. They’re extremely rude. This sonic was also out of stock on about half its menu but instead of letting us know that the first time we pushed the button, they just get extremely frustrated that we wanted something they don’t have and then that we had to take time to decide on what to get now. They also tried to charge extra for things that were supposed to come with the meals.

    I had a horrible experience here too ••And the young manager told me I should of read the reviews before coming 🤔• if the manager says that • well don't go •• the guy who took my order was super rude and disrespectful •• now I read the reviews I get it •• I am not gonna go out to eat in Salida without reading the reviews from now on • my quick meal turned into my tummy hurting from the guy being extra mean to me for no reason and then not getting what I paid for ••

    Regular breakfast burrito is a junior breakfast burrito. Don’t let the menu fool you like it did me. This thing is sad. Edit: I started with 1 star. I’m switching to 3. 1 for the response and it really needed another cause tater tots. You can’t really mess them up but they were on par for Sonic. Having 3 pieces of sausage in my burrito should make it 2 along with the lack of egg and cheese. I make frequent trips to salida so I’ll update if the food improves… specifically the breakfast burrito. Advice for improvement (it is dumb that I have to explain this): chop things up. I’ve noticed lazy employees just toss a solid flat egg in. Actually add cheese and sausage. I frequent Sonics all over the country. Corporate may have to do with this but, from my experience it’s the franchise owner. A lot also has to do with improper training and oversight as well. I’ve noticed when a sonic is bad, it’s because of the lazy franchise owner. They tend to want a business but don’t want to run it.

    This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I've traveled all across the United States. I have been sitting here for over 40 minutes waiting on a simple order of two chicken wraps and a drink while multiple cars that arrived after me have already received their food and left. I have asked twice for an update on my order and still have not received any meaningful response. To make matters even more frustrating, I previously worked at Sonic, so I know exactly how these orders are prepared. This is not a complicated order that should take anywhere near this amount of time. At this point, the lack of communication and complete disregard for customers is unacceptable. I have even requested a refund, and no one has responded to that request either. The service at this location is absolutely outrageous. Customers deserve better communication, better service, and at the very least acknowledgment when there is a problem. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
