I went to the store at 7:15 and they told me it wasn't even started yet and there were 6 orders that would have to start before mine. Ordered online at 8:50, I ended up waiting almost an hour for a couple pastas. After 40 min I went inside to check on my food and they appeared to be slammed with orders with only 2 people working-1 needing to make deliveries. Both employees were friendly and clearly working to get through orders and remain positive. As a bonus, it seems they aren’t stocked appropriately, another customer asked for plates and they were out, when they gave me my food the employee was kind but had to let me know they were out of Alfredo sauce so they added more cheese to make my pastas. Unfortunately, noodles with a bunch of cheese and no actual sauce doesn’t make for good pasta. A bit tough to watch understaffed employees working hard without the resources to provide a product worthy of the effort. Ended up waiting 3x longer than expected to end up with food that isn’t what I really ordered and I won’t be finishing. The only redeeming quality was the staff, unfortunately, it seems they are fighting an uphill battle to provide a quality experience.

When I come back the employee says that my pizza is ready. She then leaves and I am left standing there in front of the register for another 10 minutes before I finally have to call out to the employee making the pizzas that my pizza is ready. Then I get it home and it is the wrong pizza! This place is seriously understaffed and I could see the frustration in the other customers in the lobby. I wasn't alone in receiving poor service.
