  Horrible service. I go to the sonic in La Junta all the time and never have the problems I have at this one. The manager or boss this morning whoever was running things was extremely rude. Don't feel like contacting corporate but hoping this place sees some changes.

  Sometimes I stop and order here on my way to work. Stopped this morning and they got my order wrong. Of course I would have preferred to have recieved my correct order and not have to wait another ten minutes for my food, but I wanted my correct order so i went back to the order stall. Lady was very rude over intercom and when they brought my next order the guy told me his boss wanted to collect my wrong food order because they didn't believe it was incorrect? So i handed my burrito with one bite taken out of it to him and told him it was not right for them to do that.. he said i know it was my boss. Anyway not the kids fault but whoever is asking for thay is completely wrong. Gave me my next order (which was also made with sausage and i ordered without) was able to make a complaint but will never be back. 0/10 disrespectful, rude, don't make orders correctly. Also if you have problems here I recommend going to the contact us sonic support page. Its super easy to text support and let them know your location. It is so wrong to go spend money at a restaurant and be treated that way.

  Yesterday went to Sonic Drive In in Rocky Ford. They were late bringing the food. The hamburger was lukewarm warm and the fries were cold and NASTY AS HELL. I will never go back. I didn’t tip because they were about 30 minutes late with the food. They weren’t even good. Sonic needs to do better. FYI: BOSS Pizza and Chicken have awesome food and they know how to treat their Customers !
