- ENErika NavasJun 25, 20263.0Kinda meh compared to other Dunkins I’ve visited. Wish they had more of a merch selection. The first time I went here I ordered a frozen matcha with banana flavoring, and it seemed as though they forgot the banana and matcha. The drink tasted like plain milk.

The employee taking my order apparently forgot to ring up one of our coffees. After waiting, only one drink was brought out. When I asked where the other coffee was, the manager rudely told me it hadn't been rung up. I explained that I thought I had already paid for both, but instead of simply correcting the mistake, I was told I needed to get back in line and reorder it. The mistake was made by the employee taking my order, not by me, yet I was treated as if it was my fault. The manager was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service. Unfortunately, this was not a welcoming experience, and I would not recommend this place.

When I arrived my order wasn't even started which is fine, but then we get there wait 10 min to be attended because they where more focused on drive thru. After they acknowledge me I let them know I'm there for my pick-up order and they started it. I had 3 drinks and when the guy behind the counter hands me 2 (mind you after 20 mins at this point) I ask which one is which and he did not know. We waited another 10 min to get the last drink and the food. I understand being short staffed and having to train but bad planning is not the customers fault. While I was there atleast 1 refund happend and a few people walked out. So in total I waited 30 min for my food but including drive time it was over 40 mins. I don't even like Dunkin, but my sister wanted to go, and my sister just remembered there was a Starbucks as I wrote this review.
