- KOKenia OrtegaMay 8, 20261.0I have never in my life written a bad review for anything, but this is unbelievable. They made me wait an hour for an avocado toast. I ordered at 6:50 and finally got my order at 7:45.
- GGGraciela GutierrezMay 6, 20261.0I ordered online on my way to Rifle from Glenwood Springs. I ordered before getting to Silt so my food would be ready for pick up. When I arrived my order wasn't even started which is fine, but then we get there wait 10 min to be attended because they where more focused on drive thru. After they acknowledge me I let them know I'm there for my pick-up order and they started it. I had 3 drinks and when the guy behind the counter hands me 2 (mind you after 20 mins at this point) I ask which one is which and he did not know. We waited another 10 min to get the last drink and the food. I understand being short staffed and having to train but bad planning is not the customers fault. While I was there atleast 1 refund happend and a few people walked out. So in total I waited 30 min for my food but including drive time it was over 40 mins. I don't even like Dunkin, but my sister wanted to go, and my sister just remembered there was a Starbucks as I wrote this review.
