  Big shout out to Mariah working tonight at Arby’s in Rifle, CO her sweet and welcoming demeanor made our dinning experience at this establishment very enjoyable while she explained menu item and food options/ costs. Also big shoutout to the other team memebers who helped with our order. Our food was prepared fresh and carefully packaged and the over all aspect of the dinning room and kitchen were tidy, organized and clean.

  Fries and potato cakes were old and cold, waited forever just to be disappointed. Always hit or miss with this place, seems like it depends on who's working if the food is good or not.

  My husband and I hadn't eaten at Arby's in awhile. Our loss!!! We were warmly greeted by Mallory when we walked in and, it was a genuine smile. While ordering, she quickly pointed out there were coupons available that would save us money. She took the time to make sure we were getting the best value for our money! She personally delivered the food to our table and the taste and presentation of the food was soooo good! Everything was perfect---clean, updated/attractive dining room, DELICIOUS food, and genuine friendly service! Portions were so generous, that we could barely finish our dinner. All for only $21.55. Now THAT is a deal worth coming back for! Thanks to all the customer service at Rifle's Arby's, especially Mallory!
