  I've literally tried to give this place more than three tries and every single time there is an issue it never fails. If we need to pick up something in a hurry forget it we will not visit this store because we know every single time we have to pull over and wait. So besides that when I'm not in a hurry I do come back and give it another try and lo and behold we get home and the chicken bites are not in my daughter's kids meal. Hate to see this place go out of business due to poor management but that's what it's starting to feel like it's going to happen

  The food comes out great.... when its correct. Of my probably 12 visits since opening i think theyve gotten it right on the first try maybe 3 times. Not sure about the 3rd tbh. And its not even a hard order. 2 lrg S&SBB meals w/Fries, hold the mustard on one. Thats it, that simple! And its always either they dont put mustard on both, they do one completely dry, they put mustard on both, they forget the fries, etc. Yet whatever they cook is cooked perfectly. Its just they cant handle a single simple alteration here.

  The food is avg had in and out Friday, Blake's Lota burger Saturday and Whataburger Sunday. First two didn't disappoint and the 3rd was avg to just above avg. Expensive but not great!

  Apparently when you put *ADD they take everything off of the burger. It had cheese and green chili, nothing else. Reading comprehension is tough, I guess.

  The new location on Dillon Drive in Pueblo, CO is absolutely horrible! I went through the drive thru and first they took a long time just to take my order. Then they ask me to drive up and they parked me. There was already 2 other cars that were parked and waiting. I waited behind 1 vehicle for about 10 to 15 minutes. I thought that was a long wait for me, I cant even imagine how long that other person was waiting.Then an employee comes out to ask all of us that were parked, a question about an order. We all were still waiting and now there was about 2 or 3 cars behind me on either of the 2 drive thru lanes, that were still just waiting to order! By this time the person in front of me decided just to leave. Finally after waiting another 10 minutes or so, someone came to collect my money and when he brought my food to me, he forgot to bring my debit card back to me. So I take my food home only to find that the order was wrong AND it was cold. I don't think we will ever eat at that location anymore. The employees need to get it together.
