  I had just gotten married and was absolutely starving. We went to get some food before we went to the reception. The managers were so incredibly friendly and we got some pictures together. Everything was perfect.

  I went last night around midnight and the night staff is atrocious. I got an iced coffee, I could hear them saying they have no coffee and yet instead of making some or refunding me, they gave me a cup with literally milk and no coffee. And told me that’s what it always looks like when I told her that’s not a damn iced coffee. I’ve got them from there many times. This was white as milk. No coffee or if there was barely any. She was very rude ( young Hispanic heavy girl working the window) & said “ I’m gonna go get the manager” I sat there for ten minutes so I drove back to the window and the manager came to window and I told her what the issue was and they’ve left me just sitting there and she was very polite and apologetic and not happy with the staff. She said the drink looks like just milk as well. She refunded me my money and was professional at least but the other staff there at night shift are extremely rude

  Outside of the food which is subpar, considering the prices that they charge for things. I have had way better fries and onion rings from other fast food places, and in fact, I can make my own better at home from scratch. Also, their wings are an absolute disappointment. It's more like nuggets with sauce. When I want to order wings, I want bone in skin on no breading.Those are real wings. But past this, they are horrible with their employees. And the way management treats employees says everything you need to know about the company and makes me unwilling to spend more money there. Also a company that has a class action lawsuit against them from employees is kind of setch.

  Just picked up food in the drive thru. CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!! Had to repeat the order to the person, very rude girl, 3 times it wasnt that hard! 3 number ones, regular sized, only one with no onions!!!! Tried to tell her that she had the wrong drink, she ignored me. Again, had to repeat the order 3 times. Get home with my food and 2 of 3 sandwiches have no onions. Last sandwich was not what we ordered and it had a TON of onions on it! So not sure if it was done on purpose but ridiculous! Working fast food can be difficult bit come on!!!! I even spoke slowly to help you out! Then tried to call about my order and the phone just rang, never picked up.

  When we arrived, only one car ahead of us. Pulled up to order some food, and speaker(thier side) I could only hear ever other word she spoke to me. Needless to say ...she had us pull around to place the order and still problems. Anyway they were slow to take the order and we had to pull up; well we waited and waited, finally got our food. Now while at the windows everyone seemed like they were just talking, laughing and drinking something. New employees or we caught them off guard. Sorry but that's the truth. And the onion rings were dripping gress off of them. YUCK!!!!!.
