I have only been there one time out of six where they had been able to give me my order, i used to go 21 in arizona.All the time and loved it, i will not be giving this location another try. Always out of product. Their card reader never works, and their customer service is horrible.

Didn't even ask if I was there to pick up or to place an order. Would not recommend unless you want to wait 30 plus minutes to make an order in person.
- EBEmma BerglandApr 22, 20261.0I went in last night around 8:15, 45 minutes before closing and when i got to the register the worker rudely told me they weren’t serving any bowls or food, when all i wanted to order what one of the new boba bowls. I was shocked to know that 45 minutes before closing they were no longer serving over half the menu. If this is policy I wish it would have been posted somewhere because I was looking forward to trying the new boba bowl.

But she is very rude and has a bad attitude with my wife and I every time we ent in she has that attitude like we don't belong there. There are the guys who work there and they are great and a couple of the women are great and polite. But the one with long blonde hair and glasses and is very tall should not be there. Or at least be retrained for her personality and respect to customers.
