  I been in the drive through since 6:30am ish it's now 6:47am. No one answered the drive through microphone I had to pull into a stall since the staff weren't giving me the time of day. I had did an app order so I didn't have to wait to long. And nope on the stall screen it don't even say my order is in the kitchen. Online says open by 6am. There are now 2 employees smoking outside one is a girl in a blue shirt and the other is a boy in a red shirt. I honestly disappointed normally this is the best sonics I go to but if they have time to smoke and do nothing then what's taking so long for my food my food says it should have been done and waiting for me before I even got here

  Pulled into section 5, ordered from the menu. They were a little busy but after about 30 min of waiting, i pushed the button and asked for the status of my order. They said it is ready and will be right out but sounded confused about the order. She brought the order out and it was incorrect. She went back in and the manager came out and accused me of moving from section 9 to section 5 even though I never moved from section 5 & had been in the same spot for 40 min. I said I wanted a new order because my food was now at least 40 mon old. He said no so I pulled away and went to Dairy Queen across the street where the service was excellent and the food was great. First time I went to this Sonic and it will definitely be the last. Accusing me of driving around and changing slots to justify their error instead of apologizing and bringing a fresh corrected order cost them 3 customers. I failed to provide solutions: 1. Inform your employees on customer satisfaction 2. Training, training 3. observation 4. Shift leaders/managers who want your business to succeed and know how to trrat customers.

  Showed up at 11:33, open until 12 mind you, trying to order a shake, only to be told that "we're no longer doing shakes, i do apologize". Literally the only place on this side of town open is Sonic. No one goes oooo let's go to the gas station. Not coming back now, I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else.
