  Stopped coming to this Sonic because every time I came here it took at least 20 minutes to get my food it is right next to my house so I decided to swing by and grab a burrito this morning sad of the intercom for about 4 minutes in the drive-thru with no acknowledgment of me being there I thought maybe they weren't open yet but it was 8:45 and I checked on Google and they were open they just didn't have the time to work so I just went and got Wendy's I see everybody giving these bad reviews on here and the people responding say they're sorry and we're going to get it to our team but it never makes any difference I've gone to the other Sonics in Pueblo and it's never like this they greet you the moment you pull up to the intercom and they have your food out to you within 5 minutes I don't know what is going on with this east side location but it is the worst I've ever been to

  They are usually semi busy but service is still a bit slow. Most of their employees are polite.
