  This location refuses to give any sauces (even for 16 mozarella sticks) or give easy ice. They also will not give you add ins you order half the time and will not refund you for the extra charge. They're downright unethical and stealing from people since it all adds up. I am officially done and I suggest people stop rewarding scammy businesses.

  Joshua is an excellent employee!! He immediately asked if I needed a drink carrier!! I was going to ask, but i didn't have to. He is an outstanding person who takes pride in his job.

  Upon receiving our food, we noticed we were missing our sauces. No big deal, simple mistake.I was parked in a mobile order spot, so I figured going through the drive thru would be the simplest solution. The speaker wasn't working well so I was only able to say I needed sauce before mutually deciding with the operator that I should just pull up to the window. Someone came out to ask face to face what we needed, to speed up the process, and the manager proceeded to scream at them for coming outside instead of staying at the window. This causes us to sit in the line for 10 minutes before we were able to reconnect and finally get our sauce. Very dissapointed that a simple solution was made more complicated by the seemingly upset manager. Hopfully this isn't a common issue for the employees.
