  You know a store has gone down hill when they treat frequent customers less than dirt. I don't make many bad reviews, ever. Working in customer service for years makes me give grace to people. But today? I waited in line for the only cashier, and finally got my things on the conveyor belt. I have a herniated disc, this part of grocery shopping is painful, but it's gotta be done. The cashie THEN turns off her light, while I'm already loaded and tells me to go to the next register. I tell her how bad my back hurts, that I am injured and ask her to please not do that to me. No dice. So I unload and reload my groceries on register one, where the cashier (who says she was a manager with an eye roll) has an attitude with me for me being disappointed. I tell her politely it wasn't cool to do that, that they should tell people before, and turn their light off before people are loaded up. There was no other cashier when I was in line. I get an eye roll, she says she is the manager, and she'll "talk about it". She's rough with my groceries and rude. No help with bagging, and when the cashier sees me bagging she offers someone ELSE to help, as I'm almost finished. This was all so unnecessarily rude. I went to this store often, I'm kind, I don't complain, I spend a decent amount of money here. The disrespect I had today? Too much. I'd rather drive across town. A manager treating a middle aged women who repeatedly expressed that their requests are excerbating her serious injury like she's a brat? Despicable. It's worth it to drive to Albertsons. This store is dirty anyway, and even if you make an effort to be kind to people, they'll find a way to mistreat you. My family will never go here again.

  Always out of everything. Its not a shortage either. The buying manager for this store is wither lazy or dumb because they let stuff run out and don't resupply. If you know you have a certain demand on things then order enough. They also have stupid pricing. Some things that should be $5 (everywhere else) here go up to $7.49 and then goes on sale and they act like they are affordable. I'll just go to king sooner or Walmart.
