  Was in there at the deli to get some of delicious chicken y'all serve. And one of the personal shoppers was very rude to deli employee Mike he held his composition very asking her what he said and she couldn't provide an answer back to him. Accusing him of cussing at her when he indeed didn't but she very rude and I hope her customer service skills and employee management skills get better I'm surprised he didn't walk out immediately I would have but he continued his business and acted very professionally. Id like to praise him as a good example on how to handle those situations. But Lexi I believe her name was? Definitely should get some lessons in manners and how to talk to people.

  Went into the deli second for some food with the kids and was a little lost. A lovely gentleman named Mike approached us and asked if we were finding everything alright with genuine care and concern. I was looking for sandwiches and he walked us right over to it. Didn't just point but walked us to the exact spot they were asked if needed anything else and made some excellent recommendations on what would go with our picnic we were having. Very approachable and so well spoken and mannered very patient with us and our kids. For once we didn't feel like a nuisance to someone. The food was fresh and honestly better than most actual restaurants. Excellent customer service. Above what you'd expect at a market more like fine dinning service. The kids were all smiles as he acknowledged them as well as me making it easy on my picky eaters making a bond within 5 minutes of being there. I'll be back for sure and I don't usually write these but it was so good I had to stop and say something about it.

  Was in the deli section to get some food for me and our little family. We had the great pleasure of dealing with Michael. He had a warm welcoming smile friendly tone, and when I say how great he was with my chaotic kids? I mean it. There's not many that can entertain children while also providing a service and he absolutely nailed it. You can tell he has a passion for food and children alike making sure the food was FRESH asking if we would come back to ensure the food was made right then. I'll wait for the fresh food and I couldn't have been more happy with it. CHICKEN WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD and breaded with such a crunch to it. That my kids and myself still talk about it. And I promise we're gonna be back. For the food and he made a connection with my kids that they know him by name now. Asking to go see Mike again.

  Stopped into the deli section on my way pass thru to the next town. Had the great pleasure of dealing with Michael in that area. Eccentric and very well mannered and spoken. Got us a deal on what we ordered by making sure it was combined. He welcomed us back with a warm smile and friendly demeanor and if more people were like this they world would have a lot less hate and warmer hearts. I'll be back and id recommend anyone else to stop by and see what Im talking about. Outside of service? The food must've been made by an actual chef. Top tier chicken and FRESH crispy and moist like it's supposed to be. Pasta salad was incredible. Good work.

  The staff was so helpful and nice! MOD and Nathaniel were very kind and took the time to help me out with an odd question. Much thanks to the closing crew!
