- YRYadira RubioMay 10, 20261.0I'm truly sad to have to post this bad review, I've visited this store at least once a week since we moved to Pueblo West, and all the staff has always being so helpful, polite, friendly and made me adm my family feel so welcomed, until today; I had the worst experience with a cashier that I've never seen in the store before; first, we had to ring a bell placed on top od the register to call him, since the beginning he made us feel so uncomfortable like we were bothering him for being there, when he was done checking out all the groceries did not even bother to say the total, he just stared at me with that "look" that makes you feel so stupid, not a single word came out of his mouth, then he got the ticket and placed it on top of the counter with attitude, my husband noticed he was being rude and asked him to be polite, instead of apologizing he started acting more rude and got his phone to start recording us, we asked for the manager and he just pointed to an office, I had to ask another employee to call the manager for us because everything escalated to the point that my grand daughter was so scared and crying while the guy was just walking around us recording, smiling and acting up. Finally, we got to speak to the supervisor and he assured us he was going to get a disciplinary action; while we where waiting for the manager other employees approached us to apologize and said it was not the first time he treated customers like that. Again, it is sad that one single person can ruin all the great effort the rest of the team does every day to make us, the customers, feel so welcomed. Hopefully the general manager pays attention to this type of incidents and do something about it.
