  This visit to Jimmy John's was a little disappointing compared to previous meals that I have had. The menu has changed since I went to one in Albuquerque and they don't have the sandwich that I loved previously. The service was poor. All of the people there seemed like they were miserable and really made it apparent that they were very disgruntled. When I made my order the cashier acted like I was an inconvenience. When I asked for some napkins he said "they're down there at the other end of the counter" I went to the other end of the counter and searched unsuccessfully right in front of another employee who didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I finally asked the young lady who was ignoring me from 3 ft. away and realizing that there weren't any, she huffed disgust, went somewhere to find some and basically tossed them on the counter in front of me. I thanked her and she ignored my presence with no acknowledgement. It was broiling hot inside the building to boot and maybe that was the problem with the employees.

  Not one to leave bad reviews… but with all respect these employees need to be trained properly and the management team needs to step up and do this. The employees are rude, have no customer service skills and don’t know how to do their jobs. I went in over an hour before close and the lobby was closed, sure that’s fine I can go through the drive through. But unfortunately the sandwich I ordered with the combo ending up being 21$ and none of the toppings in my sandwich were correct. Management needs to step up and help their employees be successful.

  Worst place to spend your lunch hour. Workers can’t read, missing chips almost every order, missing drinks and sides. Super slow and it seems no one knows what the hell they are doing. Working in the food industry I often give people grace but this place is a disgrace. Terrible. Look into better training or employees. I will drive across town to the other one to avoid this mess
