I always enjoy the bread sticks there. They were a soft texture and warm from the oven. My friend had a good salad. The medium size drink was bigger than I expected, so I was pleasantly surprised. The drink station and tables were clean. I would recommend this Fazoli's location.

My wife informed them and they replaced it with bread that wasn't raw. It was good! But than when we left they gave us a to go of the breadsticks that were raw again. My wife said they told someone not to use a certain oven because it did not bake right and obviously whoever is in charge of the bread, did not listen. 🤷♂️

He was very professional and very nice and made it feel like a comfortable place to eat like it was a home like it was family. Like we belong there no one rushed us and we had a wonderful time there eating our lunch and we will be back thanks to Charlie
