- MFMakayla Frazier3 days ago1.0I’ve came through and asked for a frost. The worker helping me didn’t know what a frost was. There is a lack of education for this stand. I asked for a handblended rebel. Also known as double blended. They didn’t know what that was. I have gotten my drinks messed up even when I go back and ask them to remake it. There’s a lack of flavor as well. I don’t get greeted with customer service. Nobody talks at the window. It is a dreadful experience each time. Today I encountered the runner wearing Nike Pro shorts. Her butt was almost visible. This is so unacceptable. As a former Dutch Bros employee, I am truly disappointed.
- JJJulia Jones6 days ago1.0Went to this location for the first time. It was the absolute worst experience ever! Waited almost 30 min and found out my order was never put in. I’m not surprised. The young guy that took my order was so rude, Not polite and not helpful at all! No greeting. Just irritated instantly and so impatient before we even had a chance to say what we wanted. Unbelievably rude! My husband told me not to go there and damn he was right! I used to be a coffee for master for Starbucks before my current career. So trust me, I understand the business. Never in my life have I been to such a terrible coffee shop.

I decide to finally stop by the Pueblo Dutch bros and I am astonished by the niceness of the employees. I was asked if I wanted a drink for free since I hadn’t tried the myst drinks and then the barista covered my other drink as well! What a way to start my morning, I don’t think I ever recieved a free drink in Fort Collins as a regular there, and already I made friends at this one in Pueblo! Drinks were 10/10 as well, always get your rebels with light ice topped with lemonade trust me :)

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
