    Long wait. Drink did not taste as I ordered which was a lavender white mocha. Tasted like somewhat lavender chocolate mocha. Tried going there for og gummy bear and flavor was not like I ordered elsewhere.

    I bought the new Carmel pumpkin brulee coffee, frozen. It comes with soft top. The soft top was chunky and curdled. Completely disgusting! When I attempted to take it back they told me that's how it's supposed to be. I've had this drink many times at other Dutch Brothers and it's never like that. It's always creamy like whipped cream. It wouldn't have been so bad if they would have just fixed their mistake, but instead they tried to play me for a fool

    Took so long to get my drink, then when I got it, it wasn’t made properly. Asked for coconut milk considering I’m allergic to it and gave me regular cow milk. First time I went there waited 30 minutes to get 2 drinks, again wasn’t made with coconut milk. Second time I waited an hour to get once again 2 drinks. Now this time is the third time and waited 10 minutes but it was made with whole milk. I usually go to the south side and they make it perfect and take 10-15 minutes for 3 drinks.
