    The only thing that I do not like is the fact that they don't have benches to sit in while you w a it. I live in the Mineral Palace Towers across the street and there are a lot of elderly that walk there for coffee and they have cane's and walkers and have to wait. So I really believe they should put benches out there.

    We have been 5 times. At first we thought, well maybe it's just taking a while for everyone to work together at the new store. We them another chance, and then a couple more because my granddaughter loves Dutch Bros. Anyway, lactose intolerant here, as is most of the family. Oat milk sounds nothing like cow's milk. However, every single time there was either cow's milk in the drinks or the drinks were made so poorly that we had to throw them away. Disappointed ☹️

    This is the second location in Pueblo that I've been to that doesn’t hold up to the Dutch Bros name. I've come to the conclusion that the Pueblo locations need some serious help in learning how to make Dutch Bros Coffee. It does not taste the same & does not have the same strength as Dutch Bros. This is definitely a matter of not knowing how to brew & mix coffee the correct way & can easily be fixed with more training. As of now I'll just stick to the Springs location.

    I love Dutch bros (Oregon native) but this one in particular is so slow. Have never been here less than half an hour minimum and then my order is incorrect most of the time and have to wait even longer to have it corrected. Don’t stop here if you’re looking for a quick pick me up.

    The food and drinks are good, the staff is dishonest. Twice I have gone through the drive-thru and the person taking my order did not show me the screen where I can leave a tip. Instead they gave me my total, had me scan my credit card, and then thanked me before walking off. The first time this happened I let it go assuming they were probably robbing me for whatever tip amount they wanted. Today I went to get a few drinks and some food, the employee took my order as normal, she told me the total, she then had me tap my card credit card, she never showed me the tip screen, and then she walked away after thanking me. After she begin to walk away I asked her what the total was again and she gave me the same price as before, she then continued walking. As I got to the window to pick up my drinks the employee that was handing them out informed me that my payment had not gone through. She confirm my order that was in the system and it was exactly what I had ordered. I told her that I found that interesting because I had already paid but I would pay again since it had not gone through. The lady at the window then told me my new total which was about $3 less from what the lady taking the orders had told me. The two key points to take away from this are: 1) Always make sure they show you the tip screen. 2) Get an itemized receipt with your order. If I catch these people doing this again after this review I will be dropping a lawsuit.
