  Do not stop here! The homeless community surrounding the building create the vibe of this location. The smell of urine on the way to the front door , the beggars on the way in and Out of getting food. I finally got inside and the flies were buzzing like there was a dead body close. I got in line and wanted to be served (only person in line) and was told to wait even though 5 different people are standing with their hands in their pockets. The young lady who finally told me to wait decided to wipe the counter top off before serving me. She wiped all the scrap food from the counter top off into the buckets with opposing items(meats, veggies, guac) then dragged her rag over the top of all the meats . She did wash her hands after spreading the food and food scraps all over. Thank you Pueblo for making it very clear what you consider important because I never want to come back to this location OR Town.

  Incredibly dirty restaurant behind the counter and in the dining area. The food was under seasoned. There were pieces of meat in the sofritas and the portions were very small. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff was really kind!!

  Atmosphere is always dirty, I’ve never once been to a chipotle restaurant where they care about the meat they serve you. They don’t care. Far in all the plates. Take the freaking fat out. Every dish big chunks of fat. I swore I would never eat there again and I decided to try again after many years and I understand consistency is key but that fat always consistently being in all your food has to stop. I’ll never go back to

  I haven’t eaten at Chipotle before, but I should definitely start eating it more after my experience. To begin when I walked in, everything was noticeably clean, and all the employees in the kitchen looked like they knew what they were doing. When I went to order, the employees on the front were fast, polite, and efficient with serving me. The portions were great, and everything tasted fresh. Overall great experience, would recommend and would love to eat here again.

  Overpriced and line service is horrible, you could hardly even order because they're rushing you through the line so quickly. They don't even give you enough meat and the whole restaurant is dirty. The tall skinny lady was really nice, I think she's the supervisor. That was about the only plus. And there's no toilet seat covers so you're stuck using paper towels to cover everybody's pee and hair to go to the restroom.
