  I've had a lot of BoJangle's in my life, and today was one of the best batches of seasoned fries and cajun filet biscuits (it's just called a regular chicken biscuit here) I've ever had. I always stop in when I'm in Pueblo to take them north. They forgot one of my chicken biscuits today unfortunately, but I'm still giving five stars for the experience! Someone put a Bo in the Denver metro area please.

  We stopped here at recommendation from son for their Bo-berry Biscuits. I ordered chicken biscuit and mac and cheese. It was delicious! The bo-berry biscuits were fresh, hot, and good! I ordered a dozen to take home with us to Kansas.

  We were passing through on our way home to Texas and there was our favorite fast food, Bojangles! Darryl took our order, brought out our food, and the service was great! He had a great personality and was passionate about his job. I can see this young man going places. The food was great!

  Strongly recommend staying away from this Bojangles location!! Waiting over 40 minutes just to receive a basic order for two people completely defeats the entire purpose of fast food. The overall atmosphere in the lobby was just as bad. Employees showed zero sense of urgency, and to make matters worse, a girl was openly vaping inside the dining area while everyone waited. Management clearly isn't maintaining basic standards or paying attention to what happens in the lobby.

  Feels bad to leave any BoJangles a rating less than 4 stars, but this experience was tough. Took over 25 minutes to get three sandwiches, fries, and coleslaw. Fries were overcooked and the support staff didn’t seem to be doing much supporting. The woman running the register was taking orders, packing orders, turning off alarms, and trying to manage the rest of the staff in the meantime. I’ve been to many a BoJangles in my day, being from North Carolina, and expect a bit of chaos and contempt at every visit. But this was tough to watch. When one person ordered after us, the customer asked how long it would be and the woman said 5 minutes. Then a man from the back yelled “it’s gonna be more than five minutes”. She went back to help and asked where they were in orders. The other worker said something I couldn’t quite hear, and then I heard the woman say, very calmly, “I’m not yelling, I’m just trying to figure out where we are at.” We considered leaving twice and just letting the money go. The woman at the register was apologetic when she handed us our food. Looking at the order board when we left, all orders were taking 20+ minutes to get even a small order together.
