The guy in the drive through was really rude when clarifying the deals all the food we got seem like it was super rushed our order was a Ruben Combo and a couple sliders and on the combo the fries were half empty as well as the bread was not toasted one bit I get it’s 10 at night but that’s the time my wife gets off work so this was our dinner very disappointed because I usually love Arby’s

Unfortunate that the heat outside caused the air conditioning to fail. Workers and management were doing everything they could. Even worked hard to reward with coupon savings.

Both burgers were big and hot. All employees were helpful and hustling with the busy time of day….except one, who seemed like a vagrant as he shuffled his feet through the lobby talking too much and unnecessarily loud about his stuff.

I frequent here a couple nights a week lately. To get my son a shake and sandwich. Every night that I have gone in the last couple weeks (3x) the girl working drive through is insufferable. Extremely rude to everyone. She yelled at me on intercom and over spoke because she was being extremely rude to me while I was ordering and I calmly said “ it’s okay I’m gonna go somewhere else because you have a really bad attitude “ then proceeds to yell and scream into the intercom and act like a crazy person. The times before I went and she was rude I was still very calm and nice. But she needs to seriously find another job. If you hate your job that much then leave. I’ve heard from multiple people about her attitude as well. I really hope the owner sees this. She was working tonight at 1030 pm. 5-21-26. I will definitely be contacting the district manager who I know.
