  Went to Sonic tonight. There was one car at the drive thru window waiting for their food. We sat at the speaker to order our meal for 15 minutes. No one came on to ask us for our order. There were workers inside but apparently they forgot to help the drive thru customers. Quite a few unhappy customers behind us that were leaving. Very disappointed.

  We live in Pueblo west and have frequent this Sonic off and on over the years and we leave disappointed more than we leave right. It feels silly to keep coming here at this point and that’s on us for continuing to try. The service is always terribly slow, even when it isn’t busy. Multiple wrong orders. Today it took us over 20 minutes to get two drinks. The most frustrating part was they had someone come down the line and take our card so the drinks were already paid for, but when we get to the window we continue to wait and watch as 3 employees walk past our drinks sitting right at the window. None in a big rush, one putting ice away. And it just felt like.. give me the damn drinks! They are right there! It takes 30 seconds to hand them to me and then you can keep doing what your doing but your holding up the line which was frustrating.
