  Service and wait time is terrible. Waited 10 minutes to order and the drive thru was just as slow.

  Well in terms of the new refreshers, the locations in Colorado Springs make better ones! I ordered through the app. After taking a couple of sips of the one I received at this location I did call and ask if they would remake it. Dakota had no problem remaking it and I really appreciated that! Thanks Pueblo! Second one was awesome!

  Very helpful employee brought me a large water instead of a medium on hot day concerned about hydration. She was very pleasant fast and efficient.

  Ordered the watermelon peach refresher that was supposed to have watermelon and peach purées. I got water with some watermelon syrup unmixed at the bottom? Also forgot one of my items and didn’t put another drink in correctly so it had to be remade

  My mother and I went throgh the drive thru tonight expecting a quick good meal, we got neither. First ordering was awful, said we wanted a #7 Coney footlong chili dog, was asked what kind of hot dog did we want, American or chili dog, said no, we want a #7 footlong coney dog with chili cheese and onions. Said okay, looked at the board, said. Number 6 with chili. I said, wait we want a #7 Coney dog with chili cheese and onion. The server said, sorry corrected it, we continued ordering a chili tot, medium tots, Sonic cheeseburger and a medium dirty Dr.Pepper. Get to the window after waiting 10 minutes, the girl at the window proceeds to hand out our box and I notice that there is no coney, just a regular hot dog, I said no we ordered a #7 coney dog with chili cheese and onions, she says, no we have a #6, I said no corrected him twice, and she said well we have a #6 and that’s what we charged you. I could tell it wasn’t worth the fight and just took the food and left. Got home, no tots, fries instead. I didn’t want groovy fries, they weren’t very groovy! My mom’s chili tots were like eight tots a smear of chili and cheese. The chili dog had no onions and wasn’t a footlong coney, and the cheeseburger? Inedible, it tasted old like it had been sitting all day. We live close to this Sonic, but we won’t be going back, worth the drive to go to the other Sonic on Elizabeth, where they actually listen to your order and will correct anything for the customer. Will not be going back again.
