  Ordered a large combo and the fries weren't even filled half way. For a $15 combo, they should fill the box.

  There is a girl I think her name is Alexis, but she works morning and night and she cares more about customer service than anyone I've ever seen. She always has a beautiful smile and she is always polite with the customer's. I just thought she deserved a big hug and shout out for doing a wonderful job. Fast food could use more like her. Loving the Pueblo West McDonald's. Frankie with the Roblox cards

  Every time we come to this location via drive through they forget part of our order, especially nugget sauces. Something that comes standard with sauces you would think it wouldn’t be missing 9/10 times you order from this establishment. They also give the wrong sizes, I order large and get medium, what a waste of money in this economy… we hardly get take out (only when there is no time to make something at home before bedtime) and when we do it’s such a terrible experience from this place unless we walk inside… I was SO excited to try out the new Huntrix sauces, but by the time we go back they’ll be out of stock now… what a HUGE disappointment for something that’s standard on the menu. Next time I’ll make the extra drive to Bojangles (jalapeño peach sauce ❤️) Oh and I DID try to call, but no one answered and I had to call twice cuz they messed up my sons order too… Just a great way to end an exhausting day when you got excited about something 🙃
