  Not so freaky fast.. I think a lot of it has to do with the whole Door dash culture. In store customers suffer terribly and end up waiting a long time for food to be made. The sandwich I got, the vito, was pretty bland.

  Ordered thru the app for delivery and was over an hour before food was delivered. On top of that they forgot our chips and the drinks were watered down. All the sandwiches were soggy including the one we asked to have toasted. Awful quality and experience for the amount of money spent. Will be the one and only time I will ever order from this location.

  Can't wait to start earning rewards through the app. The service in-store was excellent, the food delicious and prices are fair. I was full after I finished my sandwich, which speaks volumes of the quality.

  Really disappointed with our order from Jimmy John’s today. We waited almost 50 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, all of the drinks were watered down and the hot sandwiches were cold. If we’re paying for delivery and hot food, we would like it to actually arrive fresh. Overall just a frustrating experience.”
