  Update: I went back this morning in an attempt to give them a second chance. I was handed two donuts I didn’t order, the most disgusting hashbrowns I’ve ever had in my life (Soggy soaked in oil and cold). And again I got the wrong sandwich. This cost me $17 including the two dollar tip I left. I could have sat down and Ben waited on at Urban Egg or somewhere else for that price. Sorry, guys. This isn’t going well. Terrible experience. Missing half our order after spending 15 minutes in the drive through. Didn’t add cream and sugar to the coffee. Didn’t provide a receipt. Didn’t give us what we paid for and won’t answer the phone.

  this location has been open for less than 6 months and the rating makes sense.. It's 620 in the morning on a Sunday and coffee isn't ready! That's a knock on the piss poor management!

  found some type if paper towl at the bottom of my matcha. tried to call the store about it 4 times and nobody answered the phone. i genuinely hope my health is okay. will be going to corporate about this.
