  This location is stingy with nacho cheese. My beefy five layer burrito has almost none in it, and the cup of nacho cheese is about 1/4 full. It’s like the manager has taught them to shake it so it looks full but there’s nothing in there….

  Stood at the counter for 20 minutes and no service. The employees looked at me and continued to ignore us, while clearly doing nothing. I think they might be robots, but don’t have the ability to do anything other than the drive thru yet. We decided to go to the drive thru since that’s the only thing they seem to be able to comprehend, and we’ve now been sitting here for another 15 minutes. Don’t go here. Waste of time.

  Somehow this location always has such slow service and bad food. The line took me about 40 minutes, and my food was a mess and cold. Also $40

  Hour wait after making an online order. Multiple staff members standing around doing nothing and then they have the audacity to say they are short staffed with at least half the staff doing nothing. This has to be the worst fast food experience I have ever had.

  The owner of this location clearly could not care less whether he makes any money. Today he has only two people working and it is taking 30 minutes for an order to be filled. The bathrooms are filthy and the toilet and sink are literally falling apart and coming golf the walls. Many disgruntled customers waiting after they’d placed orders they couldn’t cancel despite the ridiculous wait time that no one informed them about in advance. I feel sorry for the staff. Will never come here again.
