    I’m honestly not someone who likes leaving negative reviews, but this has become an ongoing issue at this location. I regularly order a Dirty Dr Pepper, and every other SONIC I visit makes it correctly with coconut syrup, sweet cream, and lime wedges. This location repeatedly makes it with lime syrup instead, which completely changes the flavor. I originally ordered it using the “Make It Dirty” option, and after multiple incorrect drinks, I even started manually selecting each ingredient individually to make the order as clear as possible. Unfortunately, it still continues to be made wrong. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that, but the bigger issue has been the attitude I’ve received when politely asking for the drink to be remade correctly. I’m not trying to be difficult — I simply want the drink I paid for made the way it’s supposed to be. I really enjoy SONIC overall, which is why I’ve continued coming back, but I hope this location can improve both order consistency and customer service.

    Good food, but overpriced for what you actually get. They give you warm food, not hot. Seems like that happens the closer you get to closing time. The staff feels that you're being a bother to them... Not all, but most do. But what can you expect from high school kids. If I have other options, I'll be going to those options.
