  Honestly this was a cute little steakhouse with delicious food. The fried onions were amazing, bread was delicious and warm, fantastic cocktails, and a great atmosphere. My only complaint would be my steak. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare but it tasted as if the meat wasn't seasoned at all. I added some table salt and it was great. 😊

  We had a great experience. Our waitress was fantastic and very friendly. All of our dishes were fantastic. They even learned about my gluten allergy and had GF bread for me. It was fantastic. The drinks were great, especially the grilled pineapple margherita! Steaks were all cooked to perfection.

  Cannot recommend. Food was disappointing and overpriced. Large group and half of the dishes were either overcooked or undercooked and fatty. Manager only offered 1 free dessert and 1 free side. Speak up immediately if food is not as ordered Check was over $800. Service was ok, very loud atmosphere when busy.

  We had such a great experience at Saltgrass! The food was amazing, and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our server, Josh, was wonderful, very attentive, friendly, and professional. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our dinner. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

  On Friday, August 7th, I met two friends for lunch at Saltgrass in Parker. We like the food there. The back of the house does a great job. The front of house not so much. I asked the hostess if we could have a four top table by a window. The restaurant was only about a fourth full. So there were plenty of tables by the windows. She promptly showed me to a booth in the cold middle of the restaurant. I repeated that I wanted a table and she showed me to a table next to four men who were having a loud, lively conversation. There were no other people in this large space. So I asked for another quieter table. She showed me to a six top right in front of the kitchen, about as far away as you could get from a window. Out of frustration, we just took the table. When we sat down we realized it was really cold in the room. We had to get jackets from our cars to be comfortable. Our waitress simply walked away when we ask about the temperature. She gave us slow, inattentive service. My food came to the table only slightly warm. That isn’t the kitchen’s fault. Our waitress didn’t bother to ask us how our food was. So I had no chance to tell her about my luke warm $40 steak. The food is good here. But we will not be back. The incompetent hostess and mediocre waitress can disappoint other customers.
