- VVV V4 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with Safeway’s online shopping and pickup service. Almost everything in my order was wrong, and I was charged extra money. I ordered specific brands of meat, chicken, and beef, but instead of receiving what I selected, I was given three or four completely different types of products that I never ordered. This is absolutely unacceptable! I trusted Safeway to fulfill my order correctly, but the service was careless and frustrating. Customers should not have to pay extra for incorrect items or waste their time dealing with these mistakes. Safeway seriously needs to improve its online shopping service and pay more attention to customers’ orders. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in this store. I will never shop at this Safeway again. I do not recommend their online pickup service to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable service!

If Nathan is working I go through his line every time. He always smiles and asks our plans for the night/weekend. Great customer service!

Nikolas in the meat department has always been friendly and quite knowledgeable of the meat case products based on their flavoring. Overall, I am glad to say that I am happy to have Parker Safeway as one of my main neighborhood grocery stores.

Recently, however, an mployee, Ravi I believe his name was, came over when there was an issue at the self checkout lane and PULLED MY PHONE OUT OF MY HAND instead of asking me to scan it again like every other employee has in the past. I was initially in shock and after I put my groceries in my car and I came back into the store to complain only to find out he was the manager. He then proceeded to LIE TO MY FACE and say "I'm sorry you think that happened" Implying I somehow imagined it. I continued to confront him until he actually apologized and then finally left. This individual was super disrespect and invasive of my personal space and literally tried to lie to me about it, and only relented when he realized I wouldn't let him gaslight me. Never had a worse experience at this store I usually enjoy coming to.
