  Awesome that this place looks like the guy from when I was a kid! My wife and I have been hitting down 90s style restaurants to show our son and have him experience it like when we were kids! Friendly staff as well! We will be back

  Nice to come for nostalgia's sake. But no fountain drinks so no red cups. No salad bar. Nobody ate in, altho quite a stream of people getting takeout. Not even music or something fun to watch on TV.

  Tried to sell us a smores desert with half the ingredients missing, when I tried to ask what was going on the manager was extremely rude to me saying "I dont know what you want me to do about it" when I asked why he was being so rude I was told it was my fault and I deserved it. The dish was TERRIBLE missing half its ingredients why did he even sell this to us. And I was verbally reprimanded for complaining.

  Highly recommend this Pizza Hut location!!! They are so kind and accommodating. I took my girls here for lunch today and they spoiled us!! They even have a tv and the kids enjoyed dining inn. Both staff members worked were so friendly!! 5/5 stars!

  I placed an order for pick up. I get home and one of the pizzas was undercooked and cut terribly. I drive back to the store with my brother (he is a GM for Dominos) and he shows the pizza to the guy at the counter and asks why they are letting their product out in this condition. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the remake. I ask the guy at the counter if he would issue a credit for the pizza since we spent a total of 30 minutes driving picking up the pizza, returning it to the store, and driving back home plus an additional 20 minutes waiting for the remake. He got extremely upset and said he didn’t know if we spent 30 minutes driving because he didn’t know where we live (I told him obviously our address is tied to the order in their systems). He then said he would do more but he wasn’t going to because he didn’t appreciate the way my brother spoke to him (my brother didn’t raise his voice or disrespect him - he spoke to him quietly). I asked to speak to someone above him and he said there is no one above him and threw his pen to the side aggressively. I asked if he was the GM and he said yes and that he would issue a $4 credit (I never received a credit). I lodged a complaint with corporate via the online chat process and haven’t heard back. I honestly have never written a complaint about any restaurant or person working at a restaurant I’ve been to nor have I ever felt the need to lodge a complaint at the corporate level until this event. Further, the GM started to dig through the trash because I couldn’t remember if I returned the pizza with the 2 marinara and 1 garlic sauce I paid extra for. I realized I did take the sauces out of the box and left them at home before returning the pizza (a very kind employee gave me the sauces while the GM was angrily digging through the trash to prove I was trying to get free sauces). I thanked the kind employee once I remembered I had the sauce at home and gave him back the sauces. The GM who was on staff July 4, 2026 during the dinner shift should absolutely not be in leadership managing the customer experience. I will never return to this store.
