Over the past few months, it feels like every time I come here I’m being rushed through the drive-thru like it’s some kind of race. I was told to pull forward, then ended up waiting way longer than I should have. What’s the point of rushing customers out of the drive-thru if the food isn’t even ready? It feels like the only thing that matters is making the drive-thru times look good instead of actually taking care of customers. Then when I finally got my order, the bag looked like it had just been thrown together. The packaging inside was a mess, and everything was tossed into the bag with no care at all. This isn’t a race, it’s fast food. I’d rather wait another minute at the window and get my food fresh and packed properly than be pulled forward just to sit there waiting anyway. Other fast food restaurants seem to handle this much better. I really hope this store starts focusing more on customer experience instead of rushing people through the line.
