  The male employees are very rude and constantly talking badly about women personally I think corporate needs to come see for them selves and fire these careless and rude kids

  They delivered me a sandwich that costs me $35 and once I opened it there was hair on the sandwich and the bread was very old. The guy I spoke with didn't even know his complaint line number. They told me they couldn't refund me my money. I am irate that they are able to do this and I would not advise anyone ever go to this location. They had horrible customer service and the manager wouldn't even get on the phone to discuss the problem

  I am getting so sick of asking for my sandwich cut and they never do it. Why have that option if they can't accommodate!

  placed a delivery order at 1:29pm, said it was out for delivery by 1:41pm, i live maybe 10 minutes away from the store, half an hour goes by, nothing.. called the store, even offered to just come get it, because i understand places can get busy. the woman on the phone goes “im just going to tell you we are very busy today, and for some reason everyone wants delivery, its on the way, our driver is just having to take up to five orders at a time” i totally understand places getting busy, but maybe that may not be the ideal solution if it takes almost 45 minutes to get an order i couldve came and gotten in half the time, read the previous reviews for the first time while waiting and safe to say this will be my last time using this location… very disappointing because the sandwiches arent half bad and its the closest one to my house.

  THE worst customer service ever!!!! We said please, thank you, etc. we spoke kindly.. they are just jerks! Not just me - scroll down for confirmation this is a terrible place! Save your money and the hassle.. try the Mexican food truck a block west. Try Firehouse across the street, the Grecian Grazer.. Hell, subway in Walmart across the street is way better and the staff are nice and helpful!
