    Woah. This is not the Dutch Bro way. 35 minutes plus waiting in line only to be handed the wrong drinks and then have the barista be upset with us when we told her those weren’t our drinks and restated our order- turns out they hadn’t even been made. There were a lot of people working so not sure what the hold up was. I feel bad for all the people behind us who still probably had another 15 minute wait ahead of them. Probably will be finding another location next time and note to self, hold tip until the window. On the positive, gal with the fun white and black glasses who took our order was lovely.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to take a moment to recognize Emma at Dutch Bros because employees like her deserve to be noticed and appreciated. From the moment we interacted with her, Emma stood out. Her attitude, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for customers were exceptional. She wasn’t simply doing her job, she was creating an experience. She made us feel welcomed, valued, and respected, and that says a lot about the kind of person she is. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Emma is exactly the type of employee a company should hold onto. She represents Dutch Bros extremely well and demonstrates the kind of work ethic, personality, and dedication that can make a lasting impression on customers. As a customer, I strongly encourage management to recognize Emma for the job she is doing. If there is an opportunity for a raise, advancement, or promotion, I genuinely believe Emma has earned the chance to be considered.
