Me, my husband, and my daughter visited through the drive through. We were greeted by an energetic young lady that was so friendly and even my husband and I said something about her energy after we finished ordering. Fast forward and we get home and our daughter drops her boba lemonade. She's going through a lot in her social life with making friends and having a really tough time. She just started crying and this had just ruined her day. I decided to go back to Dutch to replace her drink while my husband cleaned up the spill in the garage. We get back to Dutch and we get the same young energetic girl as before and she recognized us. She was confused why were back, so I explained that the drink had accidentally been dropped and we came back for another one. I was fully expecting to pay as this mistake had absolutely nothing to do with Dutch Bros or their customer service. But she told me that it was on them today and to enjoy! I was shocked. This is such great customer service (that is not necessary), but it really changed my day and it really changed my daughters day too! So thank you to that employee and thank you to Dutch Bros!

I've intentionally ordered ahead to avoid the lines yet constantly have to wait in line to watch people get their drinks ahead of me who ordered at the walk up, even though my order was placed 10-20 minutes prior on the app. The whole point of order ahead is to get your drink when you arrive and not have to wait in line.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
