  My girlfriend and I come here regularly as we are kinda addicted to chipotle 😅. We specifically come to this chipotle as it almost always has great food and service. The employees are super nice and friendly. My only complaint is sometimes the portions are small but it’s not a usual thing. I do wish they would consistently give more food instead of having to ask for more.

  My husband and I tried Chipotle yesterday for the first time and what a delight! We came for a late lunch and were greeted by a kind, enthusiastic young man who provided samples and explained the various food items to my husband and I. We will certainly be returning for this amazing service and delicious food! It frustrates me to see people using negative reviews about things these workers cannot control. Keep up the great work Chipotle!

  If I could give them zero stars I would. Place is dirty, employees are stingy and have a horrible attitude. They put my food in the bag side ways when I went to grab it the bag ripped and food spilt everywhere. This location and the people who work there are a 0/10

  People, including myself, were asking for ice, but they ignored everyone until someone finally spoke up. They then went to the catering area to look for ice without explaining why there wasn’t any. It seemed like no one wanted to refill the container for me. I was eating there for 20 minutes before someone finally came to refill it, even though it wasn’t busy, so they could have done it earlier.

  I stood at the counter for more than five minutes without being acknowledged once. There were eight employees in the restaurant and only two customers, including me. Not a single employee said, “Hello,” “We’ll be right with you,” or made any effort to acknowledge that I was waiting. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching the manager remind everyone to wash their hands at the top of the hour but never ask anyone to help the waiting customer. Instead, I watched employees standing around doing very little, and then the manager walked to the back. After waiting without any acknowledgment or service, I left without ordering. Basic customer service starts with simply acknowledging that a customer is there. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that, and I won’t be returning.
