  When I've gone in for Lunch, food was always pretty good for a Chipotle. I recently ordered a kid's chicken quesadilla for a family member. It had a significant sized bone it chicken that could have easily anyone who consumed it, let alone a small child! Argh! Quality control needs to step it up!!! Buyer beware!

  Last month Ordered kids quesadilla chicken and it had a very large sharp chicken bone in it. Thankfully it didn't crack a tooth. The rest of the order was completely cold and not even warm for normal delivery. Store clearly gave us the end of the night items that seemed refrigerated not fresh and were sloppy on putting it together. Tried order again this month and items were missing but on the receipt for delivery. Can’t order from this store anymore on either platform - uber or door dash. It’s a store and personnel issue for sure. Stay away!

  Customer service there is no Bueno! The teens are snooty and were grumpy crossing their arms, and simply don't know how to make a simple conversation with customers Portion sizes and food taste was decent, although the chicken did seemed undercooked.

  My first negative review in all my years of leaving reviews. On Sunday night (July 19th) around 8:00 p.m., I experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. If this was an all-teen shift, management seriously needs to have an experienced adult on duty because the lack of professionalism was shocking. We waited patiently through a long line, which wasn’t an issue—we understand that 8:00 p.m. is a busy time. When we reached the front, the employee with sandy blond hair, large fake diamond stud earrings, and the Creation of Adam tattoo on the back of his right arm looked directly at us after I greeted him with a “hi!”, then he walked away without saying a word. Before leaving, he told another employee with brown hair and similar earrings, “Yeah man, you got this,” leaving him to take orders alone. Then the sandy blonde hair boy reappeared only to be eating chips and socializing with customers he knew at the register … as the customer line continued to grow. We stood there waiting several minutes before anyone helped us, and we were ordering just one bowl. What was most frustrating to watch was that the tall employee with brown hair and glasses was clearly working hard and trying to keep the line moving, but it didn’t seem like anyone was helping him. At one point, he asked the employee with brown hair and earrings for an extra tortilla, but that employee was too busy standing there talking with two girls in the customer line (girls he obviously knew) to respond. The employee with glasses was the only one who consistently acted professionally and provided excellent customer service. He deserves recognition because he appeared to be carrying the workload while others stood around socializing. By the time we reached the register, the only two girls working behind the counter seemed far more interested in talking to each other about “how much work they had left” than they were in ringing us up. Being busy is understandable. Ignoring customers, walking away from them, socializing instead of helping coworkers, and carrying on personal conversations while customers are waiting is not. This was a disappointing experience from start to finish, and I genuinely hope management addresses it because the employee with glasses deserved far more support than he was getting.

  The worst chipotle ever! The chicken was cold and the line staff throw you through the line like feeding cattle and pigs! It's not like I could have gone up to express my concerns, because the line was so long. Drive around this one and find another chipotle, or grab a local Mexican food joint.
