Dear Chick-fil-A Management,
I am a resident of the city of Parker and a frequent customer of your restaurant. I usually visit this location at least twice a week for dinner, and I also stop by regularly for breakfast. I work for the school district, providing valuable service to many students and families within the Parker community.
Over time, I have observed what I believed to be the welcoming culture that Chick-fil-A is known for — employees cleaning tables, greeting customers warmly, offering refills, and checking whether guests need anything else. A few months ago, I would often see the owner personally greeting customers table by table, although I noticed my table was consistently overlooked.
Recently, I have continued to notice inconsistent treatment toward me. Occasionally, some employees are polite and demonstrate the kindness Chick-fil-A promotes, but many times that has not been the case. Unfortunately, today was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had.
The employee who brought my food, whose name was Victoria, did not even look at me. She did not ask for my name or whether I needed anything else. She simply dropped the tray on the table in a very unfriendly and disrespectful manner before immediately walking away. In addition, another employee who was greeting and checking on nearby tables deliberately ignored mine, despite speaking with the customers sitting around me.
After finishing my meal, I remained seated for approximately ten more minutes to see whether the employee would return to clear my tray, as she had done for other customers. She never did.
This behavior does not reflect the culture Chick-fil-A publicly represents, nor does it reflect the values of the Parker community. As a Latino customer, I cannot help but question whether my ethnicity played a role in the way I was treated.
I have always heard that Chick-fil-A is a Christian company that values kindness and respect. That leads me to ask: are those values extended only within the company toward Latino employees, but not toward Latino members of the community who support your business?
Today’s experience was deeply disappointing and disheartening. I hope management takes this concern seriously and reflects on how all customers are being treated, regardless of their background.

A group of around 24 high schoolers took over a large section of the dining area. Roughly half weren’t even buying food. They were loud, cursing heavily, throwing food, and loudly talking about oral sex and doing drugs — all clearly audible to young children in the restaurant.
Not a single staff member said or did anything to address or control the situation. Completely unacceptable.

Consistency here is great! Love the team! They are always so kind. Always have a team member working in the lobby who will check on you while you dine in. Drive thru despite long lines usually goes pretty fast. Orders are rarely incorrect. Definitely a shining star of Chick-fil-A!!
One note the new lids to the cups are so terrible. Please replace!!!!!!!

I am fairly disappointed by my experience tonight.
Typically, when I order on line, I am directed to a team member outside who verifies my order and then I proceed to the window where I am kindly greeted and given my order in a very timely manner.
Tonight, I submitted an order at 9:16pm. We then drove to Chick-fil-A and I didn't see a team member so we proceeded forward to the window. When we got there, everyone was confused. I told them I had submitted a mobile order and they asked for my name. No one could find it. So they sent me back around the line to repeat my mobile app order to the black box. By the time we pulled back around, seven to eight cars were now in front of us. This was really disappointing since we had just been at the front of the line and had ordered online to make it seamless.
We then spoke to the black box and told them we had a mobile order. We were asked three times if we had submitted our order under a different name. They couldn't find our order and asked us TO DRIVE TO THE WINDOW! You can probably imagine how furious we felt at this point. It was now 9:46pm. I have a toddler in the back crying for food and we were driving through Parker and still had a two hour drive home.
I was angry and told the employees just that. They told me that I had to stop at the black box in order for the order to be captured. But the app's instructions directed me to first speak with a team member or stop at the black box. When I mentioned this, no one seemed to care. They told me the black box was the only way I could get my order. We asked what they'd have done if there were 20 cars in line and was told that people don't usually miss the black box. This seemed pretty rude.
To top it all off, I then received the incorrect drink. This just added to the disappointment.
This was without a doubt the most difficult experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I have high standards for this company. If it was truly a pleasure to serve me, why would the employees feel okay sending me back through a long line? Could they not have had me cancel my order and take it right there? And if not, may I ask why? As a new app user, this was not intuitive and resulted in a lot of confusion and frustration. I hope this process can be improved upon so that other new customers don't experience what we just went through. My husband asked for a card to the manager so we could report this experience and the employees laughed my husband out of the restaurant. We will not be returning again and we will definitely be sharing our experience so that no one else receives this horrible treatment. Badly done Parker Chick-fil-A
