  By far the best Mexican restaurant in the metro area!!! Such a wonderful family running it - they are friendly and remember you. The food is consistent and delicious. They have the best margaritas as well! Highly recommend!!

  I’ve been to Casa Mariachi several times, and my husband and I were there again last weekend with friends who are regulars. We’ve always come back because we’ve enjoyed the food, but this experience honestly left a really bad impression. Our waitress spilled an entire margarita on my husband-not a little bit, but enough to completely soak his shirt, pants, and shoes. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing, and the response felt incredibly minimal. She handed him napkins, said sorry, and mentioned she’d bring another drink, but that was the extent of it. Then the manager came over and gave him a shot of tequila, which didn’t really make sense given the situation. It didn’t feel like an effort to fix anything, just something to move past it. When the owner stopped by the table to talk with our friends, the situation was brought up and the response was simply, “I heard.” No concern, no follow-up, nothing. What really made it worse was when the bill came and there was absolutely no acknowledgment of what happened-no attempt to make it right in any way. After everything, that was extremely disappointing. It’s frustrating because we’ve had good meals here before, but the lack of basic customer service and empathy completely overshadowed that. Experiences like this make it hard to want to come back.

  Terrible meals... my husband ordered a ground beef chimichanga and got a burrito and the ground beef was wierd, maybe like mystery meat? I got a taco salad and same problem with the weird beef like mixture they put on top under a little cheese. Don't bother, there's a reason you can get in prime time Saturday night.

  My son, his partner and I dined there on May 2, 2026 for the first time. We arrived after the lunch hour so there was not a wait line. The warm chips and salsa literally followed us to our booth and given we were hungry, that was a plus. And, chips and salsa were replenished quickly. Our server was polite attentive yet did he not hover. My son’s burrito was huge, tasty and completely consumed. His partner ordered a taco plate which she devoured. My tropical salad with fish was excellent ( and I ate every bit) and would definitely recommend. Overall the folks who own and operate this restaurant serve quality food and their servers/ wait staff are excellent . Carolyn

  We love eating here for lunch, which they offer lunch specials and dinner is also great. It is one of the first restaurants we ate at when we moved to Colorado back in 2012. The food is always consistently delicious no matter what we order and the service is terrific. Not to mention the atmosphere is great also. If you get a chance the food trailer in their parking lot serves some outstanding food too!
