  We just moved to Parker and have been trying out Mexican restaurants to find our favorite. We were attracted to the convenient, festive atmosphere of Casa Mariachi. My husband and I both ordered fajitas which I would rate about a 3, but with the great atmosphere, it would have brought my review to a 4 had it not been for the attitude of a sever there. It’s unfortunate that one little thing can make such a big difference, in a dining experience. My husband thanked the server in Spanish and she pretty much corrected him and told him to please speak to her in English. That turned me off and I will never go back. Actually correcting a customer for trying to speak to you in your native language? Wow.

  Great food with large portions. Delicious fresh guacamole! Fun spot with lots of colorful decor & even a live harpist. Only downside was so-so service from our waiter who seemed a lil off his game at that moment and wasn't around much. Will definitely try again.

  Everything was delicious. Food was hot. The server was awesome. Just really busy would eat here again great atmosphere.

  I loved everything about this place. Spoke with the owner, she was awesome. Her staff were excellent, Jeffrey was so good to us and had a very genuine positive personality. I found this place on a local influencers page and she was right. I have an acquaintance who is a restaurant promoter and suggested he go, I hope he does. Last but not least, the food was really good. We loved the shrimp ceviche very much, as well as everything else. My son also really enjoyed everything as well. Highly recommend.
