  Greeted at front counter, cashier "Abby" one of the positive attitudes & energy you'll ever meet. Order was fast, fresh, great. When I asked for the manager to give compliment, turns out its her! Way to go! She sets a new customer service bar. Thank you Abby

  The standard by which we judge an Arby's is the freshness and quality of its potato cakes. These were great! 👍🏼

  Honestly pretty disappointed in this location. The customer service is great but I have been going to this location for about a year or so within that year about 8 or 10 times. Different times with different staff. As mentioned staff awesome! Never had a problem but image horrible! This has cheap franchises written all over it. Here's why, always ask for light ice. They always pack that ice like crazy to a point of obvious shorting you out on a drink that only cost 1.50 any size at McDonald's or any gas station and yet they pack a ton of ice so you get less drink with means more profit for the company. Wow way to bring back a 90's and early 2000's classic rip off scheme. Then there's the fries, they are almost always burnt like bad. I've gone to other Arby's up north and far down south they dont have these problems this location and one other in the area does. Lastly the food. The food itself isn't bad but after being a general manager and other fields of management in kitchens you can absolutely taste when things haven't been cleaned properly or serviced. A great example is there Ruben you know the difference immediately if whatever station it was in clean or unclean. There have been at least 2 times I could absolutely taste unclean. This all being said I understand then dont go there anymore problem solved. No coming from the food industry this feedback is very important. Cause even though this may be a cheap franchise struggling or not have a great crew feedback is important because all I want for businesses in food to succeed. Not trying to be rude a perk just absolute blunt truth.
