  We don’t go to Arby’s often, but decided to grab a quick lunch yesterday. I was fortunate enough to get Abi in the drive thru and she was such a ray of sunshine! She was positive, spoke clearly, upsold some extra sauces and offered me coupons at the window. Abi is right up there with Dolly Parton on people we need to protect at all costs! Give that girl a raise, as she is the reason we will return!

  Haven't been to Arby's in years, but sure glad I stopped by. Abby was so pleasant and just made for a wonderful experience. Although we only interacted for a few minutes, she really brightened my day. What an amazing employee!!

  Manager is wearing a beanie and all black and not helpful at all. Where is your Arby’s outfit? We went through the drive-through and they forgot food in our bag so then we had to drive all the way back after leaving. He wouldn’t even offer us anything besides a discount at our next visit and said we could leave a review so here is your review. The lady at the drive-through was really nice and she should work for someone else or take managers job in my opinion. We were the only people in the drive-through lane and we had to wait for 10 minutes for our food literally making us late to my son’s practice for a sport. Horrible Arby’s experience go somewhere else Also wear your Arby’s outfit- your the manager working there. Set the expectation. Ridiculous
