I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway today around 3:30 PM. There were two employees working, and the older woman who helped me was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. Throughout my order, she kept asking me to repeat things that I had already said clearly. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable, and honestly, it came across as if she was treating me differently. I can’t say for certain why, but it made me feel like I was being discriminated against. When she was making my sandwich, she barely added any of the toppings. I politely asked if she could add a little more, and instead of responding professionally, she reacted with obvious frustration. When it came to the sauce, she squeezed so much onto my sandwich that it was overflowing and spilling everywhere, almost as if she did it out of spite because I had asked for a little more. I’ve never been treated this poorly at a Subway or any other restaurant. Customer service should be respectful, even when someone asks for a small adjustment to their order. This experience left me feeling upset and unwelcome. I hope management looks into this and reminds their employees to treat every customer with courtesy and professionalism.

The place had no air conditioning, employees are suffering in unbearable heat. The veggies are not fresh frozen and watery in the bottom of the bins making sandwiches soggy. It was gross. All 4 Sandwiches went in the trash.

I visited this store on 7/4 and was served by 1977. We were never greeted; informed that we were making her late for her lunch; and were treated with dismissive rude and even "odd" behavior. She made many mistakes, baked bread and cleaned while serving us and had horrible customer service skills all the way around. Made me literally not trust the food (had to ask for tomatoes on the side as they were so old). Won't visit this dirty, unfresh, rude customer service store ever again. Gosh; not to mention the scary homeless outside constantly. STAY AWAY.

Gayle and Tyler were both welcoming to the store, the place is actually very clean and my meal tasted great!

Came in today 7/7/26 around 3:45-4:00pm The lady working was insanely rude. Didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in. I said Hello and she blatantly ignored me. Walked over and goes “what bread.” Ope ok. So i tell her the bread and that I’m going to be doing two sandwiches. She doesn’t say anything just grabs the bread (not even the correct one that I asked for but I was too nervous to correct her because I could tell she was going to be rude and aggressive). She puts the bread down and I said oh I’m doing two sandwiches by the way and she goes “i only have two arms.” Like okay congratulations that you’re able to count, maybe acknowledge people instead of ignoring them. She made that sandwich, toasted it, and then proceed to start the next sandwich which she didn’t even know how to make. I had to tell her twice what sandwich i wanted and she said What meat is on that? Shouldn’t you know the recipes for the place you work for? So I repeated myself and she under her breath called me a “hot shot”. I haven’t had subway in YEARS and now I really am not going to go there or eat there again. I was so close to ordering delivery and parts of me wish i did because of how unpleasant that whole experience was. She seems miserable and is taking it out on paying customers. If you hate your job so much get a new one maybe.
