  This location is less than .5 mile from my house. Over the past year the service has drastically declined. There is only ever 2 employees. No matter if you go through the drive-through or pull up to one of the spots, you will wait atleast 5 minutes before they take your order. It is not the employees fault, this is poor management. Why is there only 2 employees at 4:00pm on a friday. I am pretty sure today was my last visit. After waiting at the order spot for 4 minutes I went to the drive-through, sat there for another 5 and no one even acknowledged our existence. I would have waited if there was some acknowledgement. They are too busy trying to keep up with 3rd party orders to take care of the customers right in front of them.

  Lady was rude. When I was ordering for a family all she kept saying was.....!!NEXT!! I ordered a chicken sandwich for wife, she rudely said....NEXT!!!! I ordered a hamburger for my kids, ahe said.... !!!NEXT!! You get what I'm saying, went through that the whole order. It was like she was mad sonic was making money, lol. I can't stand rude people.

  I dont know if they are short staffed or what . Took awhile to get someone to take my order , then my food was shoved to me . What have you guys done with your drink sizes a med looks like a small.

  It was probably the worst experience I've ever had food was not warm hot dogs were Gray and they have stickers on the drive-thru window that have cuss words on them and had to explain to my kids what they meant
