  Ordered food and it took forever. A few minutes after ordering, we ordered a corn dog and it took over 10 minutes after waiting a long time for the other food. The girl that brought the food out was very rude and it was very obvious she hates her job. She was pointing her fingers at other coworkers and rudely telling customers on the headset that they are closed. It wasn't even 10pm. I asked if my 3 year old could use the restroom and she said no and it resulted in my 3 year old upset and having an accident.

  Am I missing something? I've always loved Sonic because it's the restaurant with options. There's the drive-thru, there's the outdoor eating area with the walk-up order station, and then there's the stalls, right? I remember back in the day, if I pulled into a stall, my food was brought out to me in a box so I could eat it in the car. If I ordered at the walk-up station, they brought my food out on a tray. It was only if I went through the drive-thru that my food was handed to me in a bag. However, the last couple of times I've eaten here, I parked at the stall and they handed me my food in a bag. Does Sonic not offer the car boxes anymore? Or am I supposed to ask for one? Why did this change? Or is this just a Colorado Sonic thing? Because recently when I ate at one in Kansas, they brought my food out in a box. If I park in a stall and intend to eat my food in the car, trying to eat out of a bag is a huge inconvenience. If they're not going to assume I'm eating in the car when I choose the stall, they should at least make a habit of asking. I really hope Sonic changes this, because the service here used to be great. **Oh! And one more thing! When I ordered my food, I asked for ketchup packets and was told, "Sure, no problem." But my food was brought to me with not only no ketchup packets, but no napkins either. Thank goodness I had some wet wipes in my glove compartment.**

  Andy is amazing give this girl a raise. She is always working so hard and went out of her way to help me and my bestie get the hello kitty toys that they had. She was truly amazing and was super sweet everytime I come to this sonic she is always so sweet.

  Legitimately gave me the coldest burger in the world. And I am for once not to blame, I come to the store 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready for pick up, I get my burger and it is cold, not even warm, cold. The cheese is cold, the patties are cold the buns are cold and soggy. And I'm like, maybe it's super fresh and the heat from the patties hasn't reached the other parts of the burger. Nope, COLD. Just cold. Thank God they're remaking it because I'm just like, dawg. I just want a at least slightly warm burger, not a cold cold burger. I pay for a warm mediocre burger when I come to sonic and this is just... Bad Adding an additional paragraph to this scathing review because apparently the only way this sonic knows how to put cheese on things is cold colder and freezing. I just saw a picture of cheesey tatortots with a Kraft slice of cheese unmelted and depressingly bendy.

  If you enjoy consistently waiting 15-35 minutes for your food, this is the place for you! Your food will always be a little cold, never piping hot, and always in the incorrect priority! So, if you have half an hour to waste for your order that was sitting for 10 minutes, this place is for you.
