  The lady named anoria in drive thru and her person she has hand out the food made it the worst experience ever I will never come back to this sonics first of all their attitudes they had as soon as I started ordering I'm very familiar with customer service as I run a Wendy's as manager that should be the number one priority to have to have somebody wait and drive through for 5 minutes at the ordering station is beyond me with no other cars in front or back management really needs to engage with their crew about priority customers

  I came to this location two weeks apart and both times they told me they’re not serving ice cream at all. Half their menu items are ice cream and they haven’t been serving ice cream for over two weeks? I was able to order a hot fudge shake before these two visits and it was made extremely poorly. Basically they just gave me a vanilla shake with barely a pump of hot fudge and I ordered and paid for extra hot fudge. When I asked them to remake it, they made the exact same way so I was basically just drinking a vanilla shake. If I wanted a vanilla shake, I would’ve ordered one. I ordered a hot fudge shake, which means I would like to taste the hot fudge in the shake especially when I’m paying for extra. Don’t waste your time here go to any other location or just don’t go to sonic at all.

  I was craving a "parfait" and hadn't been to Sonic in YEARS! I noticed a lot of bad reviews, but decided to give it a try. My husband and I pulled up into a slot, but they didn't answer when we pushed the button so we went to the drive-thru. The gal taking our order was friendly and we ordered a couple of snacks too. Our food was hot and fresh and my parfait had soft serve all the way to the top plus my cherry icee. My husband liked his icee. We had no complaints. It totally satisfied my craving.

  I don’t understand how people take such little pride in their work to even try a small amount to do their job correctly. Cold corn dog, soggy French toast, barely cooked tater tots, no sauces. Insane.
