    1.5 hour delivery times, 1.5 miles away... No one knows who the delivery driver is, manager said upper management doesn't communicate info down. Entire staff seems lost. No current store manager because of "changes". Teresa/Lisa, you really need to get your store in order. Friendly staff, just have 0 knowledge of what's going on.

    My wife and I ordered takeout from this Jimmy John’s on July 19, 2026, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While my wife was eating her Vito, she took one bite and discovered what appeared to be a dead fly (or another insect) inside the sandwich. Needless to say, we couldn’t finish the rest of our meals after finding it. This is extremely unsanitary and very concerning. Seeing a bug in prepared food raises serious questions about cleanliness and food handling at this location. On top of that, our order wasn’t prepared correctly. We specifically requested extra toppings, but they weren’t added. I also requested mayo and mustard packets, and neither was included in the bag. Between the incorrect order and finding what appears to be a dead fly in the sandwich, this was a very unpleasant experience. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates how this happened, and improves their quality control and sanitation practices so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

    My Turkey Tom sandwich was good, bread was a little hard, especially at the ends but overall good. I ordered the cucumber salad in Tzitziki sauce was VERY good! The sauce was very tasty :)- My husband commented on it saying, Mmm they should sell gyros with this sauce! It was that good. Cucumbers were sliced a little too thin, but again, overall I would eat here again and definitely order that cucumber salad. My mom got the potato salad and liked it. My husband and daughter had the pesto pasta salad and liked it. Both said they'd order it again. I had a combo meal with an unsweetened iced tea. I usually never get tea from the fountain as I definitely prefer fresh brewed, but it wasn't too bad and I chose it due to it had the least calories of the drinks, besides water. My daughter had the Vito sandwich and liked it. They did not skimp out on the meat, as sometimes happens. My mom, husband and I all had the turkey which was good and we each customized our subs. Oh, my only major complaint was they did NOT label our individual sandwiches with our names! :/ I had to dig into each one to see whose was whose. Customer service was friendly, although it would've been better had he had our 3 drinks ready for us in a drink carrier. It looked clean outside, as we ordered online and picked up in the drive-thru. It was ready when we got there in under 10 minutes. I appreciated the handle bag instead of them jamming all of our food into those smaller bags. I will go back to this location in Broomfield on first street. Thank you.
