  Poor lady working there is all by herself if a rush hour and is short tempered because of staff shortages/ overworking.Do better Jamba.

  Just spent $11 on a disappointing and bland smoothie that I had to wait about 20 minutes for. I ordered a peanut butter banana smoothie. What I was handed was a frothy cup of milk. If they weren’t so short staffed I’d have asked for my money back. I’ve never been to a Jamba Juice and I have no reason to ever go back. I’m sorry there aren’t more smoothie kings around. Very disappointing.

  We decided to go to Jamba Juice with me and my family and had the worse experience by far the worse customer service I’ve ever had walked in with my family and the lady Jennifer was being so rude to me and my family no wanting to tell us things from the menu rolling her eyes at my wife giving attitude because we’re asking simple questions and over all we decided to leave felt attacked for no reason we’ll never return to Jamba Juice.

  I stopped by Jamba Juice recently and had a lot of respect for the girl working there. She was completely on her own while the place got really busy, and you could tell it was overwhelming. At one point it looked like she was close to tears, but she still kept her composure and continued helping everyone as best as she could. She stayed polite, worked hard, and didn’t take it out on any customers, which honestly says a lot about her character. Management should really make sure their employees have enough support during rush times, because no one should have to handle that kind of pressure alone. Overall, I appreciate her effort and professionalism she handled a tough situation better than most people would because no one deserves to do this all alone.

  I placed and online order and was not greeted but instead was met with a cold “ it’s a 10 minute wait” Then as I let her know I did an online order I was met with silence . As more people walked in they were met with a light yell saying “ the kiosk is faster “ not know who she’s talking , the the people waiting are rightfully so not responding. Then she starts yelling online orders out assuming they are mine instead of asking and getting an attitude and mumbling under her breathe as I’m confused . I was finally given my order after a few minutes and overall just have to say I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome in this facility. Working by yourself is a lot and getting so many orders at once is a lot I’ve worked in customer service so I get it . However a simple eye contact and communication goes a long way .
